I think this was a very different way to interpret Jack besides just the 'confident, boss guy'. It shows how much loss he has had to go through. And how hard it must have been to live so many lives, that at times it can be hard to feel like he belongs. This was beautiful.

I feel bad for Jack, I mean he goes through all of this but people don't ever really appreciate him. He loses so many people, but keeps going. I mean he fell for Gwen and she chose Rhys over her, at her wedding she had listed all these things only Rhys did for her but when she asked who did all that for her, Jack came to my mind. Jack is this cocky flirtatious jerk but I feel like it's just a facade. He's lived multiple lives, died over a thousand times but he still keeps going. He's stronger than others think. Anyways I'll stop here, this was a great video, my eyes leaked a little. Lol.
I haven't cried this much since the ending of season 3 ... jack has lost so much and I miss Torchwood I miss all of it so much i honestly hated Gwen she was so whiny she always complained about how Jack did whatever jack did but when you think about everything jack lost so much more he went through so many heartbreaks so many deaths.

I still haven't made it through the whole of season 4. i just can't take Torchwood without Ianto. I'm too much of a romantic and I really don't want to see Jack ove on. Plus I really don't like what they did with the show. Arg so many conflicted emotions. But I guess once I'm through my finals, I'm gonna watch the entirety of Miracle Day just so I can say I did it. Only took me about 3/4 years to get there after all, lol.
+Elkendrien I personally loved Miracle Day but I guess I'm not the typical fan and didn't have all the expectations or anything, just marathoned the entire series in about a month. I was so heartbroken over Ianto but I only paused for a day cos I needed more Jack in order to heal:D The pain was very real though. Good luck!
I wish I could enjoy it as well, but I dunno :S. I didn't really like all the new characters they introduced - just wasn't the Torchwood I loved anymore... I wish they'd just bring back Ianto, then they'd have me on board again in an instant haha :D
+Supsi85 fans at the time were VERY bitter over Ianto being killed. I'd imagine that most fans who watched the show for Ianto or for his relationship with Jack, completely skip watching S4.

Yeah, I'm not bitter anymore, but I still have no intention of watching S4. Ianto, Tosh and Owen were the 3 characters I cared the most about, and the only reason I even started watching was because it was set in Cardiff. Take away those four things and S4 has no interest for me.
