Jesus is the only one you can depend on. There are so many things I have lost this year, but he gives us strength when we are at our weakest. I understand the spiral. The devil so easily gets in our minds and weighs us down. We feel like we are the only one going through our problems. That’s what makes us feel isolated. This is when we are most vulnerable. It is okay to feel like this. I am going what you're going through right now. I feel the same way, alone, in a dark place like nobody is gonna help you out of it. But what I remind myself in this time is that, its all for a greater purpose, I cant comprehend it right now, but it will get better. Feel the struggle, feel all the pain and lonliness, its a part of the process. In this time where your flesh is getting weaker day by day, its an opportunity to dig deeper and thirst more for God. Use it as fuel to dig deeper with God. Put a smile on your face, and tell yourself "it will get better". I am listening to you, I hear you. Its gonna be okay, trust and believe in that
