  • Proper job clone but using voss yeast to speed it along a bit and the split Hose lager tasting.
    Maris Otter extra pale 5kg 60min mash 68 degrees
    crisp light Munich 500g
    15g willamette 60min boil
    10g chinook 60min boil
    40g willamette 15 min boil
    20g chinook 15min boil
    40g cascade 20min hopstand 80 degrees
    30g willamette20min hopstand 80 degrees
    20g chinook 20min hopstand 80 degrees
    Voss kveik yeast. 30 degrees 5 days
    All centigrade

    Great looking beer and that hand pull is super shiny fantastic 👍I absolutely love proper job but not brewed a similar one yet. Cheers 👍🍻
