I have to be honest. When you guys first go the Super Pacific I was so interested in how you would like it. I went to Overland Expo and looked at them in person. Recently I sold my RTT and bought a good sized ground tent that I can stand up in. I really do like the ability to stand up in my tent. The question I have is would you guys prefer the Super P over say a Mid sized Overland Trailer like the Mission Overland Summit. I'm seriously considering the Summit because I can park the trailer at camp and disconnect it from the truck and then go exploring. What are your thoughts?
In our opinion it really comes down to the type of adventuring/overlanding you do. For us and the trips we take, we don’t like pulling a trailer on trail. We typically move on from camp to camp, so coming back for a trailer isn’t something we want to do. With that being said, we did recently go on a trip and after we set up camp, some of the group went out on a night run. A trailer would have been nice for that situation. If your considering campers, We recently discovered a new company we really like, Enduro Campers. They’re in SLO, California. They have some great camper options and their lead time is significantly less. Have you thought about renting a trailer to see how you like it?
Could be the last time you see your trailer.
@@thetankslapper so true.
Oooh I would love your nighttime bathroom set up - I'm one of those females that has to climb down a ladder and walk into the woods 😂😂
Oh, boy do I (Milin) remember those late night chilly climbs down the ladder…this has been a game changer having the potty down below.
Thanks for the review! These campers are not bargain-priced but have a long lifespan and many years of value.
Yes, they are truly made for adventure! There are some amazing innovations coming out on the market, really great designs.
That thing is super cool!! So glad y’all still love it!!! It takes you to some of the most awesome places that’s for sure!! We like the netting for some storage near our bed too!! Y’all did a great job with all of your additions!!! Def a nice setup!!! 🙌❤️👍
Thank you so much!!! It’s nice being able to have a place for our phones and stuff all within reach! Need to shop for a light for the tent now. Any recommendations?
Great review! The best rig is the one that gets you out making memories. Happy adventuring!
You got that right!
Can’t believe it’s already been 6 months. Love seeing the versatility of the product and being able to customize it to your needs. I definitely don’t think I could tolerate sleeping with my head In the wedge either. Here’s to many more adventures!!!
Time flies when your having fun! It has been such a great addition to our adventures and customizing too. See you did your trip in the Napier tent. How we started.
Hey guys. New to your channel. Found you while searching for reviews on the SP canopy camper. Great job on this review. I really appreciate the candid feedback, showing plenty of good things but also the downsides as well. There’s no perfect “camper” so we have to take the good with the bad & weigh our options. Your review helped do just that!!! Safe travels…
Glad I found your video. You guys are a joy to watch.
Thank you Vic! Glad to have you on the Open Road!
Y'all have a pretty awesome set up. This makes for a great home away from home as you travel the open road. We tent camp sometimes in our travels but this looks much better being off the ground and with a refrigerator and solar power. Thanks for sharing this review with us!
Thank you for watching. Yes, having solar power really opens up so many options for us to stay out longer. We have built our rig slowly and added these features to make trips more efficient.
Wow, can't believe it has been 6 months already! It looks like an awesome setup! We love that view! ~ Shion and Matthew
We can’t believe how fast it went by also! Thanks for watching.
The ability to drop down from the sleeping bed into the truck bed in the middle of the night for a bathroom break is the best. Great review
Yes it is!! Winter camping has been forever changed with no more chilly cheeks 🍑
Thanks for your informative video! I definitely appreciate your candid thoughts.
I hope it helps you making a decision if you are considering a SP. If you have any other questions, please reach out.
That seems much more convenient and cost effective compared to the typical campervans! I'm glad to see that you're both enjoying life 😁🙌🏻 great video as always!
Thank you so much for watching and commenting. Enjoying each and every time we can get out and have an adventure.
Thanks for the update!
Appreciate you checking out our update. Happy Adventuring.
Great review! I'm right there with you on the whole potty thing. Last thing I want to do is climb out of my rig in the middle of nowhere during the middle of the night to use the potty. We're still talking about the shower thing for overlanding. We plan to do longer trips and haven't quite worked that part out yet. It's great you're happy with your set up. You never really know until you start using it.
So true. It helps that we can customize parts of the unit to suit our adventure style. Once we go on longer trips, the shower thing will be a must 😂
Awesome video, Thank you. I've just discovered SuperPacific, and gotta say I love 'em! Thank you for all of your insights. Nice job on putting the video together. It was fun to watch. Maybe see you out there on the trails. Take care and be well. -RVRGRIP-
Thank you for watching and leaving us a comment! We really appreciate it. The SP is such a great addition to our truck. Looking forward to many more adventures…see you out there!
Great detailed review of this setup! Someday we hope to have a rig similar to yours! Have a great day!😀
As we hopefully go out on longer trips and more frequently, our setup will for sure change…have some plans for the future. Thanks for watching our update video.
TY, in my research phase, and appreciate a woman's voice on this camper set up.
Happy to help. We also had the AT Overland Habitat camper on our Tacoma. It is an amazing setup and provides so much living space. We have a video of it on our channel also.
I love the compactness of it all and I really love - ladder needed or not - the idea that you can stay inside in the event of bad weather. We passed by this phase of camping adventure upgrades, but I think we’d really enjoy this model.
Thanks for checking out our 6-month review. Coming from a couple who has utilized truck camping also, we appreciate your comments and feedback.
@@OpenRoad4Two I want to see what you do with the shower. We have ideas, maybe we can float them by you in a couple of weeks. 😜
The necessity of the perfect slam. Nearly everyone in a house has a similar problem with at least one door. And I empathize with dramatic groans as someone with more cubic mass. You DO have a fantastic setup!
Love that analogy, it is so true. This door just happens to be while we our out adventuring 😂. It is a simple and easy setup that has worked out great.
Y’all definitely added some smart and useful additions to your setup. I dig it! 🤙
I think we want to add one of those touch light to the inside of the tent also. Have seen some good options on Amazon. Thanks again Joey, we wouldn’t have found the SP without your comment!
They did a pretty good job
I didnt realize the bed of your truck was open to your tent- thats awesome. This looks like such a great setup. This is a really great review video! Now if i could only get a truck!

Another share to watch amazing. I like the views at the back guys
Thank you so much! We enjoy the view too!
We love it! I think we could use something like this when the boys are off to college and it's just us two. Also, not to change the subject but the park that y'all are at looks gorgeous! 😍
We actually stumbled on this dispersed camping location by just following a dirt road!
What a lovely video and channel, stay safe debs.
Thank you! You also, wishing you an amazing holiday and awesome adventures!
First time listener, and subscribed. Love the content. And you're my type of people, rather than show-offy people who are always right about their choices. I appreciate the candor about what works, and doesn't. Also, kick-butt Tacoma..sh, I have one too! I'll check out the manufacturer based on your feedback. Thank you and take care.
Appreciate that very much! Thank you. Since this aired the prices have increased. Be sure to check out Enduro Campers, another awesome company with a great product. They make a camper for any truck but they look bad ass on the Tacoma.
@@OpenRoad4Two Thank you so much for the alternative company. Will definitely look at them. Thanks again.
This has moved into my top pick, I like it.
We have been very happy and it does amazing on trail. Good luck and hope you find something that fits your adventure style.
That is pretty cool and really useful, thanks for sharing this to us and the info, great review friend, so amazing set up wow 💯💯💯👍👍
Appreciate you watching and dropping us a comment. Thank you!
I look very nice and seem very functional. This is great to own if you are using it for weekend adventures. Thanks for sharing.
For sure!!! We have had some amazing trips with our rig and the camper just makes things easier. Camp is where you park it ☺️
Great review, you guys have an awesome truck!
Thank you, our build has been a progression from a truck bed tent, to an RTT, and then to this. Looking forward to more adventures!
Although there are some things that you are not very comfortable with, the additions that you have made it have transformed it in a great option for your adventures 👍
There will never be the “perfect” adventure rig, but you can travel in something that makes your trips efficient and comfortable. Thank you for checking out our update video.
wow super cool truck I wish I had your setup here in South Africa , Many will be so impressed
Thank you! We look forward to many more adventures to come. Would be incredible to explore South Africa.
good vlog and really love it
Glad you enjoyed it
Seems really nice 👍 😀
Great review guys!
Thank you. Still happy campers!
Pretty thorough review. Overall you seem pretty happy with it.
The Pros for sure outweigh the cons! Makes our trips more efficient and keeps our gear secure!
We've been using a SetPower fridge as well and have really loved it. It has been working well for us also. So nice not having to deal with melting ice anymore. I love the design of being able to open and close all of the sides of the truck cap portion. Too bad they didn't use the Dark Room Technology on the fabric like Coleman does on some of their tents. That makes such a difference with keeping things cool! Thanks for sharing such a detailed review.
So glad we picked SetPower. Just need to get a cover for it now. One of our friends said the IceCo one works. Checked out that DarkRoom Tech., would have been awesome to have that for those hot sunny days. Thanks for watching friends.
Good idea
Great video you two!
Thanks for watching, happy and safe adventures out there!
Just randomly clicked this video😘
And I didn’t expect it to be this good
This is perfect!!

Thank you so much for stopping and checking out our video. Hope you join us on the Open Road.
For the latching system try popping some T9 in there an it should help quite a bit. I was having this same issue for a while and with a few drops of that stuff it opens/closes right up. Awesome video, love this camper as well!
Thank you for the tip Travis! 👊🏼 We love the ease of setup and take down at camp, great camper! Wishing you some awesome adventures in 2022!
Hi guys! Had a couple overlanders camper next to us a couple days ago with roof top tents and I was thinking of you! Scott makes those noises getting in and out of bed on a regular basis 😂 think we’d have to go back to a truck camper! I love all of the upgrades you’ve done and it seems like a great product! Definitely, the potty indoors at night is a must for us! Happy Adventuring!!
That is awesome! We hope to make an adventure out where you have been. Looks incredible. Have to love having the potty indoors at night...saves some old cheeks!
@@OpenRoad4Two 😂 agreed! Look forward to seeing your next video 🤗
Looks like you guys have a lot more pros than cons plus have figured out some unique ideas to make it efficient and unique to you guys. You've been able to turn the cons into pros.

Wow I like it. We are having some wear and tear problems with the Flippac it’s nice to see future options.
There are some innovative companies coming out with some amazing options.
Thumbs up. SUBSCRIBED. Awesome couple.
Thank you for your support Robert! We appreciate it so much! 👊🏼👊🏼
Great review. Nice to hear about some issues to demystify the thing a bit. Most of the videos I’ve seen are just about how amazing the thing is built. This is the first review I’ve seen from someone who has used it for awhile.
The issues you’ve had seem relatively minor. I’m think I’m still sold on this camper. The most eye opening thing I noticed is the amount of light transmission through that plastic roof panel. I haven’t seen that on any other videos I’ve watched. I could see that being an issue camping in summer in warmer climates.
I currently run a soft shell rtt on a rack system in my truck. It’s a pretty good system but the setup/take down time leaves a lot to be desired. The speed of setup/take down for your set up for me is one of the biggest selling points.
I use my truck as a work truck and I hate that I can’t run ladders with my rtt on the rig. For a work truck/overland set up, I can’t think of a better option.
I wish they made a version of this for my current truck (Titan XD), I’d throw my money at them. But my next truck will definitely be one that super pacific supports so I can buy one of these.
Thanks for watching and leaving us a comment. We appreciate the support.
Since we installed the solar panel, it has really helped with the light/heat coming in for the summer. We also have a fan that we put up there to help with some circulation and cool air.
You might want to also check out Enduro Campers, they have campers that they customize for any truck. I believe they have three options to choose from. Not sure where you are located but they are in California. You might find something that will give you the benefit for a work/overland truck.
@@OpenRoad4Two thanks for the heads up. Enduro looks like a viable option. Doesn’t look as beefy as the super pacific but oh well. Their site only lists the usual trucks being supported (big 3 plus Toyota). I just reached out to see if the will do a Titan xd. Guess we’ll see what they say
Awesome review and looks like a great product! Cheers!
Thank you! We are very happy. We have some plans for the future that we are excited about…have to stay tuned!

Amazing👍
It kills be you see a nice camper but when the sun is up in the morning. You know it. Dark rooms make for late sleeps
With the solar panel it did help block out some of the sun. We hear you, sometimes those late nights around the campfire call for sleeping in!
thanks for the review - I would have loved the Super Pacific but went with a Gofast Camper on my Tacoma since Super Pacific had no option to get it out on the east coast. Very Similar although I do like the extra space to climb down. The gofast is shorter. But it looks like everything else is similar. Thanks again and happy trails.
GFC is an excellent camper and yes very similar. They are both great designs and have been tested and proven off road! Congratulations and happy adventures out there!
Although I haven’t seen u guys I feel like I see u guys weekly. Nice video….nice review.

That is a nice setup! Thank you for the in-depth review and experiences. Cheers!
Super helpful video
Thanks for watching and leaving us a comment! The SP has been amazing.
I dig the set up. I'm in the process of building a pop top camper similar to all of these. (This one, the GFC, the vagabond, AT Overland etc.) As for shower tent, check out the Alu Cab one. It's a little different as it doesn't have straps to adjust height of it. Seeing the height difference between you 2 this one you'll probably like better. It's not cheap but I think probably one of the best on the market. Alu cab makes a great product. I have their shadow 270 awning on my Tacoma and it's saved the entire trip numerous times because we've had someplace dry to hang out on 2 sides of the truck. (There for a while it rained cats and dogs on every trip.) You can see what I mean by watching anyone's videos on Overland expo east. I was at all of the ones that were mud fests. (And a few that had nice weather too)
Thank you!!! We appreciate the tip, we will for sure look into that shower tent, as we will be going on longer trips. You have definitely put it to the test. Thanks again for the recommendation, love how this community shares information.
Hey guys, thanks for the video :) Quick question. How comfy is the mattress?
I enjoy watching your videos, great content big like for you my new friend!
Thank you so much, we really appreciate your support.
Thanks for the video! I am curious if you explored pop tops that lift fully, rather than the wedge style? If so, would you share which ones you might consider?
We did. We would highly recommend Enduro Campers! They have a great option that lifts straight up.
Great review as I wait for mine, and glad you guys are getting to enjoy camping so much. This is the first 6 month or greater review I have seen, and is nice that it’s positive overall.
Question for you: their website says they won’t do the backup-light wiring or connection to truck. How did you do yours? Did you wait till you got home, do it yourself, or find someone in Portland to do it?
Thank you for checking out our review. The hardest part is definitely waiting for the camper. Will be worth it. As for the brake light, we haven’t actually gotten to it yet…it hasn’t been an issue but hopefully by our year review 😂 we will have that checked off our list.
Great video guys! Can you please let me know what all you did for your suspension, what size wheels and tires you are running and your offset? Thank you.
Our truck started with 285/70/17 with a zero offset, but we’ve since progressed to 35x12.5x17 with same offset. We’ve done all the work, including regearing to make those work. We run King 2.5s with remote reservoirs, front springs are 600lb, but with our winch and bumper, we probably need to upgrade to 700lb springs. Rear springs were originally Heavy Duty Old Man Emus; however they were not cutting it and we went to Deaver Stage 3 . This set up, overall, has been fantastic.
I really appreciate your efforts, Thanks for the sharing, stay connected, New friend Like 139
Great video really like the real life review been watching a bunch of videos the last few days on these things I’m in Portland gonna go check out the factory here soon. Stuck on trading in my 2019 F150 for a F250 for the hopes up on an enclosed trailer one of these days. I’m a dirt biker and my biggest fear was sleeping in it without pulling the dirtbike off the hitch, bike holder, but the ladder, first time seeing that one great idea be able to camp without taking your bike off.
hello my new friend, nice video, thanks for sharing
We appreciate you watching our review video and leaving us a comment! Thank you.
Great video! Can the mattress be folded up to open up full standing access while it’s inflated? Or does it have to have the air let out to allow that to happen? Also are you able to close the tent with your sleeping bags still in place?
Thank you for watching. Yes. The mattress can be folded somewhat over onto itself. You can slide the panels over to have standing room. You can close the tent with maybe one lightweight summer bag but nothing more.
You guys work well together and look good together as well. Maybe you guys should do a video on how you managed to build such a robust and beautiful marriage.
COVID and economic crisis has really devastated many a relationships today and you hardly see couples doing stuff together.
Am a 3rd Gen 4 RUNNER Overlander and a 4x4 fanatic and 99% of all the 2 MILLION videos on YT that I have watched they are mainly Loners, Bachelors/ Bachelorettes and social misfits camping out on there trucks or rich kids splurging on extraneous gear for YT LIKES.
To see a Normal married couple overlanding on YT is such an inspiring anomaly.
Keep it up guys and I wish you Well, Wealth, Health and a Lifetime of Happiness together.

Thank you so much!!! That was our biggest goal of why we started this channel. We wanted to inspire other people, couples like us to get out there and explore this amazing world together. There is so much to see and experience together. We have also found that adventuring and overlanding takes teamwork and communication, which has only strengthened our marriage.

One possible shower solution could be a Kickass Shower enclosure and rechargeable Shower head. Enclosure should attach to an awning bracket like you already use. Got mine for under $300 total.
Thank you for the suggestion. We appreciate the tip. We will definitely look into that. Never even considered a rechargeable shower head. Thanks again!
@@OpenRoad4Two I've used the Zodi shower system for years. It worked great and the 4 D batteries lasted many showers. I bought the Kickass Shower head saving me from having to bring extra batteries along. Haven't field tested the Shower enclosure yet but the Shower head delivers a good water flow at home. Don't forget a 5 gallon bucket!

@@OpenRoad4Two for the shower try the Nemo Helio, works great, heat up water on the stove, mix with other water and pump it up. use for shower or washing dishes, rather than dedicating lots of real estate to an item you use seldom
@@lindadunn3427 thank you. Have heard of the Nemo. Since real estate is limited this will be a great option to look into. Appreciate the tip.
Is there a source where you can add things like a water storage and heating system for washing and showers? Also, a source to install the power system and hook to solar, battery, and truck power (inverter…I think?) With the “seat delete” for the Tundra Crew max in my case, I think just the driver’s side, can you place more that just the fridge in that space? Would it be on a slide out or bolted?
You can easily install one of the Alu-Cab water storage system and our friends hooked up a hot water system in their Tacoma by HOTTAP. Yes, our fridge will be on a slide or we might just bolt it down. Not sure yet.
Mashallah ji you both are looking very beautiful
If they beef up those latches and make them more reliable, that'd be good.
How tall are you guys. This has been an upgrade option for me but I’m considering the alucab cabin also but the bed seems smaller then the x1 exped.I have the exped in my Ikamper and love it.
I’m 6’1 and my wife is 5’3. We fit very comfortably and with the extension panels can really stretch out.
Do they offer barn doors?
Do your windows on the side offer a bug screen? Also, did you select a shower option? What does your battery support?…You mentioned the fridge gets plugged into a cigarette lighter socket…Is that the truck power or the separate battery solution. Do you have dust intrusion, like the Project M seems to suffer from? The “seat delete” for the fridge, did you do that, after all? If so, where did you get that done? What company? Thanks and sorry for all of the questions.
We are happy to answer any questions. We purchased some screen door material from Amazon for the bug screens, cut to fit and fixed using Velcro. Our fridge is plugged into the Camper power, which is fed by our solar system/battery set-up. That was installed by Adventure Power Solutions. With regard to the dust, at the tailgate gap we installed weather stripping with double sided tape and has proven to keep the dust down. In the bed corners near the cab, we also applied silicone. It has helped significantly reduce the dust intrusion. As for the seat delete, we installed it ourselves, ordered it from Rhino Adventure Gear. We have not purchased a shower system yet…still shopping and comparing different options.
I’ve watched a number of different videos from people showing off their custom modifications. One thing I’ve noticed is that everyone seems to have a short bed truck. Do you know if they make these to fit a long bed?
Yes. SP does and many other Topper companies do also.
It seems like most of the disadvantages are really geared towards canopy campers in general and are not specific to Super Pacifico’s version. I just discovered this company today but they have A LOT of additional features.
Pretty much. The features the SP offer pushed them to the top of our list when we were shopping around.
Great video guys! I'm a GFC owner and love seeing how other camper/wedge tent setups. Good info on the rain flys, my RRT had these and I miss this on the GFC so i'll be reaching out to that guy making them on IG. Cheers!
Appreciate the positive feedback! Thank you 👊🏼 There are some awesome companies making some great gear. Even though our RTT clam tent had more room, we really do love the wedge tent setup. Before we got our ladder we were looking at GFC’s Mantis Claw design… super innovative! Happy Adventures!
@@OpenRoad4Two I've been debating on getting the ladder as well! Do you guys like it more with the ladder to get into the tent? And do you just store the ladder in the truck bed? I think thats where my hesitation has been, my RRT ladder was in my tent so it was out of the way
@@Kadenventures I like the ladder, my wife loves climbing in from inside. I think it’s easier for me to get in and out. We store the ladder inside the truck bed so it’s out of the way.
would this set up let you still fit the truck inside a home garage? sorry, i'm a noob. not sure if anyone has asked this question yet. cool product and vid! enjoy your adventure!
Yes, we can actually park inside our garage with the way it is now with 33’s and a 3 inch lift. We might go to 35’s and will have to check if it fits. Thanks for watching and happy adventures!
In rainy weather, does water run down near the electrical plugs? Seems like a bad location to me.
No. We have not had any issues with that.
i see a major difference btw this and the Alu Cab Canopy now. with this top, the entire tent frame doesnt lift up making a bit more difficult to get in and out of the truck. go to 7:30 and see what i mean
Correct. Instead of lifting it up and out of the way on struts, you have to slide the panel it back, which means folding over the mattress. Not as easy as just lifting up.
I hesitate on bed width for two people, used to 25” wide backpacking pads with space between, and 30” pads with space in a car camping tent. Can you speak to that? Isn’t the bed 48” wide or so? Also, is your Tacoma bed 5’?
Yes, we have the short bed Tacoma. The width of the SP is greater than the width of the Tacoma bed. According to their website, The exterior width of the SP is 56.5 inches. We’d guess the interior is more than 52 inches.
Do you have a link to the ladder bracket and ladder you use?
Hey Sunny. We got both from RoofNest. Has been working great. Extra convenience for getting in and out.
Where did you get the ladder and brackets? I’m finding the contortions necessary to get in and out from the bed to be challenging as well. Thanks for the great video!
We ordered the Falcon Mounting brackets and ladder from RoofNest.
Thanks for the quick reply! BTW, I agree with every like you have towards the camper and the dislikes. Those door handles are a pain!
@@michaelgolden9734 we are glad that the pros out weigh the cons!
@@OpenRoad4Two I’m so sorry to bug you again. Which ladder did you get; The falcon 8.5 ft or 10.5 foot? Thanks again! BTW, I’m in San Diego and made that long drive to Portland last June to get my SP shell.
@@michaelgolden9734 believe it was the 8.5. That was one heck of a road trip…so worth it though! Did you get a chance to explore parts of the state? We fell in love with Oregon, so many awesome places to explore.
That latch issue seems very annoying, overall it's still a cool camper. I only have a mini-van and it can't fit my whole family for sleeping.
It’s something we are learning to work with and remembering to give it a good close. You can’t beat the vans sleeping accommodations!
What suspension upgrades have you made to your Tacoma?
We had Old Man Emu and changed to Stage 3 Deavers in the rear. King suspension, mid travel 2.5 with reservoirs front and back and Camburg UCA’s.
What type of solar panels is that. Can we get a name please. thank you in advance.
It is the Sunflare Xplor.
Have you been in wind storms with it yet? Wondered if it moved a lot.
We have been in some areas with some really strong gusts and the tent hardly moved. It surprised us both. It is made very well and we were impressed. You will get some flapping but that is with any RTT.

Talking about having to use the potty as a female, what do you do if the one female you're drivig with is not that mobile and has a problem in getting up and down?
With this camper setup you can easily setup a sleeping area in the lower portion if you don’t have it built out.
What about the Alu-Cab Canopy?
Love Alu-Cab. It was on our list of toppers also.
Hey guys just saw this. Do you know if SP updated/improved this product since you guys bought it? We have 2 kids and are considering the SP setup on a Tacoma with 6 ft bed with our thought process being we can use the truck bed to sleep us or the kids. Do you think the SP would work or would you recommend a better solution?
It definitely would work. We have some friends with a gladiator that do something similar. The SP is great. However, if you are looking for a longer term option with the kids get bigger look at the AT Overland Habitat. We actually just got one and it has so much space.
@@OpenRoad4Two thanks I’ll check that out. Forgot to ask, whats the fuel economy like on your Tacoma after getting your SP installed and with everything else you are carrying?
@@arturv83 before getting the SP we had a Roofrack and storage box and really didn’t notice a change after getting the SP.
Does it have a plastic roof? If so. How loud does it get in the rain?
It’s honeycomb composite. It doesn’t get very loud at all. It is actually a soothing sound.
It has been exceptionally windy, how does that tent handle that?
The canvas is relatively taught; however, you do experience some noise with some
flapping and from the zippers. We usually park with wedge facing into the wind to minimize this.
How is sleeping in it on windy nights?
It stands up great. We would point the wedge of the tent )hard side into the wind. We did experience some flapping when it really kicked up with some strong gusts, up but nothing terrible.
Pretty awesome review. Yeah, I would be sleeping with my head towards the back as well. Potty is easier for men 😉
The male species definitely has it easier! ☺️
Why you two not going for four wheel camper?
We looked into them also. For our adventure style at the moment, this has suited our travel needs. Although, we do have some plans for the near future that we are excited about…
I think ima purchase a 4wc, I’m kinda boujie lol
The FWC’s are super nice!!! We were thinking of going that route also. Whatever gets you out exploring and adventuring, you can’t go wrong! 👊🏼
Why have you not mentioned the price ?
We got ours for 8K. I think they are going for 12K now.
