Carry-in → Installation location → Confirmation of installation location → Marking → Floor frame installation → Final confirmation of installation location → Main frame installation → Test chamber panels installation → Sealing work → Air conditioning unit installation → Door installation → Position confirmation of parts installation → Installation of cable port → Instrumentation and indicator lights installation → Wiring work on the top surface of panel → Drainage piping → Primary side appurtenant work (By customer work) → Operation confirmation → Cleaning and checking → Report the work completion to customer
