Hi Doctor, very informative video. I'm diagnosed with cutaneous Rosai Dorfman, resulting into lesions on multiple places. Is there anyway I can get in touch with you to know more about it?

Hi, Rosai Dorfman disease is a type of histiocytosis which has better prognosis depending on organs involved. If you are living in the US I recommend you checking Histiocytosis association, Texas Children Hospital, Histiocytosis Clinic. Wish you soon recovery.

I am 49 years old and recently diagnosed with periorbital adult onset Xanthogranuloma but I don't see this in your video. I have only had a biopsy and was told by my opthomologist that the tumors they removed were benign and they will likey never know whay caused it. Good luck! Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
My family doctor pretty much said the same withoutany further informationor explaination. As it is an extremely rare disease - particularly in adults - I am still having to struggle for answers and advocate for myself, hence the reason for my post. Do you have any suggestions on how to approach the medical community on this or any further information to help understand? I have read many case studies and journals as well as have become a member of the Histiocytosis Association. I have reached out to the 3 doctors in my country (Canada) that are members of the Histiocyte Society and am still waiting a reply but am reaching out to any and all I can for more info.
