That's an impressive collection.
Here are two suggestions for your Shakespeare titles: You should consider Polanski's adaptation of Macbeth and the recently released Zeffirelli film, Romeo and Juliet. In the case of Romeo and Juliet, I enjoyed it far more than I thought I would.
Regarding your art-house films, you might want to try Tarkovsky's film, Mirror. It's different but quickly became one of my all-time favorite movies. I would also strongly recommend the Bergman film, Persona.
Thanks for the recs, Rob! Mirror is one I’ve been meaning to get as I believe it’s one of - or the only - Tarkovsky film I’m missing right now. And I absolutely need to see more Bergman. I want to grab the box set of his eventually but want to watch a few more of his before I do. Thanks again for all the recs!
