SD960 IS: Rough Otis/Paramount Hydraulic Elevators @ Cupertino City Center Garage, Cupertino, CA

These elevators don't run the greatest, and they've both had flat wheels for a very long time. The doors on both elevators are also pretty rough, but other than that these aren't the worst. The ride quality is getting worse over time.
