Bangladeshi Chinese dishes tastes better than real Chinese. They are fusion food with local twists. Bangladeshi foods have less spices and are cooked little different than other South Asian countries.

Hilsha fish Vorta is another must try and only available in Dhaka. in Bangladesh we have thousands different types of Vorta. I love the type of Vorta that are made of vegetable skin...super super delicious...Try with plain rice. but I don think you can find any vegetables skin Vorta in restuarants because it take a very long time to make them. many sisters make them at home and deliver at your doorstep when you place an order. you Google those home kitchen ...then find the Vorta. we have hundreds of different types of vegetables skin Vorta. maybe ask the chef to choose the must try.
