The characters are unlocked by the time you boot up the game for the 1st time since they're DLC character that turned free. Have you sign in/sign up online for it to work?

All the single videos on UA-cam are 1 vs 2. But I'd rather play arcade classic tekken style....
That's impossible since the game is called Tekken "Tag" 2. The best thing you can do is 1v2 in Arcade
