Awesome trail, brain fog trying to think of the lake off in the distance 😂 looked like a great time gorgeous there for sure as always be safe thanks for sharing 👍👍👍👍
Hungalelti Ridge is a great trail for both its history and its scenery. I loved the view down into the Mokelumne Wilderness just beyond Martell Flat. The tree that bruised your awning was my turn-around spot. When I was up there in September last year, a weird pine tree grew horizontally above the trail just past that squeeze point. It was several inches too low for my Ursa Minor top to fit under. Now, I could see in the background that the tree broke at the trunk, and the deadfall had been cut. I hope your awning cover was better than it looked.
Thanks. Still haven’t had a chance to take care of the awning cover, but so far it seems to be holding up. And you are right, there are some amazing views up there! We really enjoyed Hungalelti Ridge and learned quite a bit. There is some fun trail beyond that tree that we want to explore further, but that may have to wait until next year.
Hey Man. Good to see you back in the seat. Looks like you’re on your way to being back in the saddle at some point. Enjoyed your latest videos; looking forward to getting up that way, although not quite as far north, for Thanksgiving. Keep the adventures coming. Cheers.
We are loving your videos man!! My wife and I can't to get our new overland set up and head to those areas for more awesome adventures!! By the way, No Meal this time?? 🤣🤣😋😋
I'm super stoked that you guys are loving the videos. Hope you can get out there soon and make some memories! I totally failed to record the pulled pork dinner we had that night.
@@GoldensGoneWheelin HAHAHA no worries I know how it is when the camera sometimes feels like work lol. But thanks for the tease on the pulled pork dinner 😋😋 We will be watching for the next one lol
@ouroff-roadeo1065 actually I do have a video coming this weekend with some camp food that might blow your mind. I'm juggling modifications to the jeep, work, and trying to get a video edited before Sunday. AAAAHHHH!!! 😂

Thanks Steve, we’re pretty sure that is Silver Lake off in the distance.
Your side track is now at the top of my list... The Pups are having fun!
Yeah, I want to get back up there again too. Pups just love being out. 😂

Another great video. Cool find, that Carson Trail marker!
Noelle spotted that marker as we were driving by. I love finding stuff like that. 😄

Awesome video Jeff!
Thanks brother.
Isn’t horse canyon(17E21) a dirtbike only track? Last I checked it was closed also.
Yeah it's just a single track once you get to horse canyon. I think it's been closed for a long time.
