Had a similar problem recently with a watch. Probably hadn't been running in a long time. Changed the battery and the second hand just started to flick, but not tick properly. After a few minutes though it loosened up enough and now is running just fine 🙂
Quei tipi di motori uso fare cosi, con una moletta consumo il bordo dove c'è la punzonatura o tutti e due sino a creare una piccola apertura e poter infilare la lame di un caccia vite e riuscire a fare leva sul coperchio, quel pignone che stai facendo leva non influisce allìapertura.

What kind of oil did you use?
Use 3-1 electric motor oil
