Yes, in fact I am a totally different man if I don't retain it. Especially after the kundalini awakened me. If I get lost on the path of lust I get really negative and miserable. But if the energy circulates magic is happening in and around me. I wish I could be around a woman who can handle the power so the kundalini can create a strong field to work with in the world.
To me the retaintion happened spontainiously because weeks passing since I notice it, and at some point of the sadhana sex feels pointless, but it's kinda going back and forth, I'm in year 8 of Kundalini awakening

@@mahakala Well, I am not sure who you are to make such a judgement or your capabilities of doing so without further inquiry. So, you may be jumping to conclusions here, to say the least. Next, if passing judgement on these individuals, it would be necessary to at least state your reasoning and back this with some form of evidence. Otherwise, one may appear to simply be an imbecile with little to offer this world except maybe a laughable profile pic and lazy finger pointing.

I personally have witnessed psychic abilities by advanced yogis.
I would have thought the same thing some years ago..
But I've been around India for over 2 years, and even if he had that experience, it's not even worth commenting on, compared to other abilities that authentic Yogis have.

There's a technique called urdhavaretas which is effective. You can find it on UA-cam. However it's advisable to practise vegetarianism/veganisn alongside such practices as they are powerful & can cause problems if the system is contaminated with other types of food, particularly junk/processed food. A pescatarian diet may be okay they say if it's really very difficult to go pure veg. But do consult an expert about that.
@Eliah B, this usually involves prerequisitely amplifying kundalini in the kanda and, with very specific pith instruction, cultivating it and then drawing it up ONLY WHEN THE CENTRAL CHANNEL IS OPEN. We are instructed to not just haphazardly attempt it alone, you WILL need a Teacher or experienced guide at least.

Do not follow instructions from a book. The Mantak Chia book mentioned here has been considered dangerous by many adepts of internal alchemy. If you cannot find a qualified teacher to instruct and closely supervise you, it would be safest to avoid practicing that which you learn in books, at least in regards to internal alchemy. Watch enough of Maharshikaa's videos and will understand the process she is describing her. Hint: involves surrender and not forcing the energy into particular energy pathways.

Not forced, that's for sure. I believe she hints towards how in other videos. And by 'how' she is not referring to tantric or other energetic practices but simply relaxing, being aware, and opening the heart with the intention of giving. The safest way is with trusted direct teaching from an adept in these internal arts however there are a plenty of charlatans out there. Tread carefully regardless. Nothing forced. Water method recommended. Listen to the body/mind and release if you must and without guilt. Watch. Wait. Trust. If going into this with the mind of ambition then risk increases. Ask where your intentions are. If it's love and giving to the world around you then the risks are less. If it is power and prowess- not that these are wrong either- then that path of Fire may result in burns along the way. The path of Fire requires more direct mentorship and closer supervision.
