Great guide. Im currently reading books to lvl up focus, concentrtion, mental offense, ecumenical spells, etc. So what are good attributes for a dex mage? What max dex should I get for a dex mage? Currently the max skills I can obtain is 121 dex 99 const 107 psyche 97 int. Age 30. im lowering my strength to 23 or 20. Also, what material is good to make decent mage armour?
Depends, I'd say anything 114 dex or higher makes you top % speed character in game but you have to balance the rest of your stats. Too low Con and you're squishy
I love my mage in this game. HOWEVER making a pure mage is a serious Gold-dump. Trying to level scribing? Will cost you about 2.5k gold, spiritism? about 8k gold. (multiverse lore sells for about 5k) Also some spell scrolls are quite expensive. So you pretty much have to join a big guild to make a good mage. I don't think this is good game-design. The one class that really doesn't shine in PvE has to kill 2 bosses( 3 if you want necromancy) to learn their skills. Don't know how I feel about that tbh
