There is this one full video entitled The best zumba but was deleted, it was the first that i followed almost a month before covid19 beto and his team made great combo zumba of all countries african dances, salsa, and all but it was deleted this month, the girl in this video before was so thin, but she gained weight in here. I love that zumba because its complete and video ia close up taken. But u cannot find it now. I am sure if you see there beto you will like it more.
Buy their DVDs it's not that hard to follow.Besides who will look at u even though ur making mistakes.Its all about working out and having fun at the same time.
It's like a concert. If you want to actually do the same moves there will be minutes where you cannot due to camera pointed to crowded audience. Nice energy and music but wouldn't do it again. I'm looking for a workout.
