You wanna find every shrine? Let me give you a HUGE and AWESOME tip: every light root you find in the depths is also a shrine location ON THE SURFACE! (It only works with shrines on the surface only)

To answer your 2:26 question, if you use a large zonai charge, it'll give you infinite battery for a set amount of time (I think it might be ten seconds or something) on top of the three cell recharge.

Hey, I can't find the light dragon after I got the master sword and I need it's scales to upgrade my armor any tips?

it goes closer to the ground after getting the master sword and circles around the geoglyphs, id recommend going to any tower near a geoglyph and looking above it until you find the dragon (do note that its still pretty high up in the sky just more reachable)
