Are your rails the same width as other arca rails? Will i be able to mount the rifle directly to a tripod?

Why do you use 6061 aluminum instead of 7075 for the construction of your chassis ?
The tensile strength requirements of the main chassis body does not require the use of 7075 - specifically the recoil lug pocket. Early on in the design of the chassis body, we performed a finite analysis using Solidworks on this and other features comparing 7075 vs 6061. There was simply no mechanical reason to chose the 7075.

put the magnetospeed on the spicot picatinny rail and the bipod on the arca rail
Is this the NRA blue?
I ordered the standard RAT Base based on the comments that the Atlas bipod would mount directly to the base. I am having issues doing that. I have an Atlas BT10 V8 bipod that doesn't seem to have the preset holes mentioned. Can you provide some clarity?

Nice product. Just curious as to how will the thumb screw stay in place? Or just reach up occasionally and tighten it. I love the idea of using the magneto speed and not having to clamp onto barrel. Boy, you guys are definitely making my next build pretty easy.
The thumb wheel has a SHCS in the center of the wheel that stays tight inside the housing. The thumb wheel itself is threaded so when you tighten it, it compresses the lock bar tight against the RAT body. It will not unscrew itself unless the user does it. Check out the RAT Magnetospeed video. just posted it today.
So are all the new chassis milled for this system or is it an extra feature?
Yes. This feature has been in production for 2 months before we produced this video. All full size and BA Lite chassis have this feature.
