Honeycomb Cake with its unique texture and buttery caramel flavors is a well-loved dessert. A beautiful deep amber color with a pattern of air pockets that run from the bottom up, this delicious cake that resembles a "honeycomb" is super airy, soft and has a chewy-like texture. The cake is moist yet springy; and the mellow smoky bittersweet fragrance from the "burnt" sugar syrup is so mouth-watering... Happy Baking....🤗
Ingredients for Caramel:
* 510 Grm caster sugar
* 510 Ml hot water 💦
* 2 Pandan leaf 🌿
Ingredients for batter:
* 155 grm All-purpose flour
* 155 grm tapioca starch
* 155 grm condensed milk
* 1 tsp soda bicarbonate
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 100 ml butter (melted butter)
* 6 eggs (Grade A)
Temperature & Pan :
* 8 inc x 8 inc x 3.5 inc
* Bake 160°c for 30 - 60 minutes

Hai Ms, Don't use self raising flour, only use All purpose flour..
Can use Hong Kong flour
