Thank you!! I don't have (much) arthritis, but I sure do have trouble kneeling. These are exactly the exercises I was looking for.

Thank you SO much Alyssa. I have only done your OA workout 4 times and I can already feel the difference. I was so surprised when I reached way up in my cupboards and it didn't hurt at all!!

I’m so excited to try all of them. I fall all the time and can’t get back up so I’m scared. I’m only 42 and three years in and doctors still don’t know what’s going on.

Great info (as always!) but having that theme music so loud is painful to those of us listening with earbuds.

I originally stopped getting down on the floor because I have herniated and bulging discs, and I’d invariably throw one out and be hurting for days afterward. I’d love to try again, because my arms are sore after years of using grippers to pick things up. However, I have rigid big toes now, so I have no idea how on earth I can get up and down from the floor, or kneel, when I can’t bend my toes.

Hi. Thank you for posting the videos. They really hit home. Do you have any suggestions for osteoarthritis in the ankles? They’re very painful going up or down stairs.

What can help with pain in both my knees when going through the motion of sitting down and getting back up from a seated position? Getting back up is especially painful. I to help myself with my hands to try and make it less painful on the knees. I would like to do squats, but I am afraid to because of the pain. I feel I might be hurting my knees and I can't seem to go down too far without pain. I would appreciate any thoughts and suggestions. Thank you for making me feel hopeful and not as scared. I have bone on bone arthritis as was seen in x-rays and MRI when I tore my meniscus some years back.

Hi Maggie- building strength in ways that don’t flare up your knees is important to be able to stand up successfully without pain. Have you tried the free 4 day challenge yet? This will give you some ideas to start with as far as strengthening goes: arthritisadventure.com/challenge

Depending on how they feel to you, I’d start with every other day the. Work your way up to 4-5 times per week when you’re ready

Just a suggestion...the music in the background is not helpful for concentrating on listening to your instruction. You do such a nice job and service it is a shame to detract from it. It is noticeable when it stops during your last few sentences. Thx for all your efforts.

You may need something a little higher. It really depends on how it feels
