Hi can you update link? Product not available
@@izzo4185 I'll see if I can find it, hopefully they still sell it. Thank you for letting me know!
@@UVBlackLights are you planning on making more blacklight videos soon
@joshua probably not anytime soon. My work schedule and family time has me booked up. I’m trying to find time, but by that time I’m out of energy to do anything.
@@izzo4185 hi
Haha I enjoyed your upbeat character and professional review. Thanks!
Thank you! I try to make them fun!

I love black lights.got my first one in 1973.still have 4 or 5 of them.i used them in the Jaycee haunted house.now just for trick or treaters🎃
Jerry Smith awesome. That’s sort of my plan this year hopefully! Thanks for watching!
I ordered 4 bigones and 4 small. I donated 2 of each to the nearest skain rink their uv sucked. I havent been back to town to skate but the deal was hangem and their free dont hangem and i want em back
Awesome! That is very generous of you! Let me know how it turns out if they put them up!
I have a 10x10 shed I have like a couple black light posters I also want to put a couple neon lights in my shed also so what blacklight do you recommend?also I don’t want extra visible light
I would go with Wildfire Lighting. They have the best 365nm blacklights.
I'm thinking of ordering 2 of the 100w versions to light a high school gym for glow in the dark dodgeball. Do you think that will be enough to cover a gym with blacklight?
That big of an area you’re going to need a lot more. The output is strong but the throw distance wouldn’t cover it. Probably would need about 6-8 of them.
Hello, good morning, I have a party at a small bedroom, would you recommend a 50W or 10W? I am afraid that the 50W will be too bright for the guests
Hello. If it’s a 10W flood light type that should be good.
What are the best UV LED strips for my uranium, manganese and cadmium glass collection? Ideally, I'd like to see as little light as possible with as much reaction in the glass as possible. Since there are widely varying levels of reaction in the collection, I'm hoping you'll be able to help. *fingers crossed*
For less visible light, you'll want to use a 365nm UV LED strips. Anything above 365nm, the more visible purple light will come out.
@@UVBlackLights Thank you! Wow, they're not cheap! I don't even have the shelving for my small but ever growing collection yet and I want to do it right.
Super helpful!
I am doing a halloween camping trip and just ordered the 100w version of this light. Do you feel this will be too strong or is it what i needed because it will be outside? I was thinking of mounting it 10ft off the ground and campsite is prob 30' x 30'
It shouldn’t be too strong. If you don’t have other ambient light then you may get away with just 1, depending what you’re trying to fluoresce. If it’s the whole 30x30 area, you may want to get another.
@@UVBlackLights thank you. Enjoy your vids
@@leopoldsamsonite1750 thank you!
Thinking of black lighting my whole house. Do you think these are a good option or something that has more throw range? Have some palms to hang them in. Also do they make a spotlight version to just accent one object. Thanks
I use a few of these for my front house during Halloween. I don’t believe they have a spotlight version. If you don’t mind the purple visible light then this works.
@@UVBlackLights I have the one in the video, does it need to be at a certain distance to be safe for eye sight?
@@d1nonly14ever3 I would normally like to be atleast 10 feet away and I still avoid looking in the blacklights direction.
I just got a 365 flashlight that outputs at 6.6w
Must be powerful. What kind?
Hey have you reviewed the jaxman? And what are your thoughts on it I saw you are promoting it in your bio.
@It's Hector I have not, but I’ve tested it. It’s pretty good, I haven’t tested the durability on it. I’m hoping to purchase another one and make a video of it, but not sure when that’ll be. I’ve gotten really busy as of late.
Btw output wise, it’s on par to the Convoy S2+.
Do they make a flood blacklight that can also be RGB?
@matrixmom31 unfortunately, they don’t. Although there are some companies that do, but the UV part of the light isn’t as great.
Okay, I have questions, if someone can answer. I just purchased two 30 watt 365 nm UV lights from ebay for $75 each. The case is almost identical to the ones you're showing in this video, however the LED's look different. I've never owned a 365 nm UV light because they tend to be expensive, but I need them for a Halloween display where I can't have a bunch of visible light. So the moment they arrived today, I unboxed one, took it into the only room in my home that doesn't have any windows, my small laundry room, closed the door and plugged the light in. Instantly the entire room lit up. Like I said, I thought there was supposed to be almost no visible light, but I could read a book in that room with the amount of light I'm seeing. So did I get scammed? How can I tell one way or another if I have no way of measuring the light wave, or nothing to compare them to?
Well, every blacklight produces some visible light, nothing you really can do about that, but the lower quality 365nm blacklights will produce more of a white visible light, but nowhere near as much visible light as a 400nm blacklight. If you turn it on In a room like that it’ll feel like a lot of visible light. Take it outside and see if it floods like a regular flashlight or spot light. It should look like a light that needs its batteries replaced, if that makes sense.
@@UVBlackLights Hey, thank you for getting back to me so quickly. Please ignore where I posted the same question on another of your videos. I really appreciate your input. My only experience with "black lights" is those cheap Walmart florescent tube black lights, of which I own several. If you notice in the video up in the second story window of my house, you'll see what I'm using the cheap Walmart ones on, which works out fine. I have four of them lighting that prop in the window. However, I'm building a new similar prop for out in the yard, which will be UV reactive, so not only do I need it to be weather proof, which these new 365 nm ones are supposed to be, but I don't want a light that's going to wash out all of my colored spot lights I have lighting my other props. I was just a little confused after spending $170 on two lights, and one of them actually lit up my laundry room. With that said, all of the blue light in the yard in this video is from actual blue lights, not UV lights. ua-cam.com/video/J0fVALCDQCY/v-deo.html
I’ll take a look when I get to a computer. If it’s easier for you to message me on IG @uvblacklights that would be great!
Will one light up a room?
For a bedroom yes it will.
