Wow, I can't believe how many you have! What a bevy of beauties!! Is Sparky a male? They can get pretty aggressive..... they are all SO CUTE!!! I love raccoons! I had a few and if I was next door at my friends, they would come over to get me for dinner. I really like how you can feed them right out of your kitchen window.
I thought that I had a family with 6 baby raccoons coming by. I didn't like how the other babies would growl at the littlest one quite a bit. I now think that I have at least two raccoon families coming by, often at the same time, even though the babies are pretty growly with each other when eating. Like with your kitchen window, I open my front door to pass out food and they try to come inside to eat. Since I am sitting on the floor and can't get up that fast, I am concerned that two or more of them may start fighting inside the house. If anyone would like to offer any advice about how to get them to be a little less crabby with each other, I'd love to hear it.
Yeah, don't let them grab that salt shaker or they could end up with heart problems from too much sodium. My sister chastised me for feeding "Bo" too much ham; she's trying to keep his sodium intake down because she said they can be susceptible to heart problems just like humans. No easy task for a 10-year-old raccoon who loves pork rinds (and sweets.) I love their happy, expectant little grunts when they're about to be fed. Bo does that too, and then he starts crying/whining if he doesn't get his food when he wants it.
I love these videos. We had a raccoon when I was a child. *HOWEVER*! If these videos go viral, at some point your home address will be discovered and local police / wildlife authorities will be alerted. There may be state laws or regulations that either outright forbid feeding wildlife (even inside your own home), or that can be interpreted to do so (disrupting the normal feeding habits of wild animals might be deemed “harassment of wildlife” under some statutes). This might result in not just fines for you (or worse), but wildlife officials deciding the raccoons themselves are a “public nuisance” and removing them or “euthanizing” them. So I would suggest if you want to continue feeding these guys (and at this point you arguably have a moral obligation to do so), STOP posting videos and take all your existing videos down. I laughed thru this entire video! Babies overtaking everything! Loved it 💕 🦝🦝🦝🦝 💕
Snappy says "Didn't you get the memo? We oun humans, not the other way around. "

Dude! You're lucky they aren't rabid!
Yeah.... probably shouldn't be feeding them and making them dependent. I know you think its cute and fun, but you are setting them up for failure.
