London can't build skyscrapers the height of Manhatten's because of air flight restrictions. Personally, i dont care for these tall buildings - London's more than that. And I'm glad we have the Green Belt around London. The English countryside is beautiful.
David Sivills the shard is the tallest in Western Europe and it’s in London, there are few buildings going up in central London that are 1000ft, and these Canary Wharf buildings are quiet high
@Akmal Ahmad That's because London and much of the UK is very old. London streets are a relic of the Roman era. The US in its modern form is not much over 200 years old, while most cities are much younger than even that. Milton Keynes is a relatively new city that is based on a grid plan. It doesn't really have skyscrapers yet but the city itself is built on a grid system.
Green Road wrong the New town in Edinburgh, and Glasgow city centre has a grid layout. Glasgow often gets used as standing for New York for street level scenes
I love how London evolves with its skyscraper construction
Beautiful and relaxing!

London has a cap on how tall buildings are allowed to be, as does most of Europe.
Europe doesn’t need tall buildings

Sad England tries so bad not to be England, and make it so bad... Lost everything they had...
@Akmal Ahmad Don't be stupid. Skyscrapers have nothing to do with it being American.
