When I saw the title of "Last Son of Earth", my mind went to the Elseworld story of Clark being from Earth, being sent to Krypton becoming a Green Lantern
I would much rather prefer him to be a anti-hero of sorts he's way too cool to reduce him to the status of super villain we have already too many cool overpowered characters as super villains let's have one that is a rival to Superman but still on the side of right and Justice, like with ghostmaker and Batman!

Awesome introduction to Ulysses. I really enjoy this channel as a life long comic fan it’s great as a refresher to some characters you can’t quite remember but it’s also become a must go to for my son who is also becoming a huge comic fan and has a million questions a day that I can always answer. 👍

Yeah I can't stand his "art" style. To me he's ruined many a good comic book by doing the art for it like the end of WWH. He has no concept of shading and everyone looks the same being all blocky and shit.
He kinda looks like Starbrand a human who got this amazing power I think from aliens . He could fly so far and fast he once kinda got lost in space . He couldn't see Earth lol

What could he possibly do against someone who can literally lay waste the entire multiverse? If he can't beat the Sentry, what hope does he have against the Void? As for Hyperion? C'mon, let's be real here, cause as much as I love Superman, him being in both my top 10 list (for heroes, & characters in general), let's call a spade a spade: Hyperion is faster, tougher(more durable), & a LOT stronger than Superman. I used to think that it all started & ended w/Superman, that he was the ''be all/end all. Then I woke up. I woke up & realized that there characters that he just couldn't get past. In Johnathan Hickman's Avengers/New Avengers: Incursions storyline, universes were crashing into each other, & the focal points was Earth. If 2 earths touched, both universes would be destroyed. Hyperion held 2 earths apart for 5 mins, essentially holding 2 universes apart. After both earths collided, destroying both universes, & he STILL lived?! That dude is SUPER OP! Until I see Clark hold 2 earths apart, saving the universe, there's no discussion on who's stronger & more durable. I mean the Eternals are among the strongest characters in Marvel, & Hyperion is in the top 3 or 4 strongest. In fact, only Gilgamesh, Thanos, & (Thanos' father) Chronos are stronger

I think this somewhat new type of super-villain (ULYSSES) that is introduce in the ComicBook story is quite interesting, intense, and dramatic as well. Now I wonder what it might be like if ULYSSES was ever introduced into either a live-action show series, or in a live-action movie as a new type of enemy for SuperMan to fight against?
Thank you new Sage for giving this character the props he deserves he's basically DC's mutant version of Superman and is way cooler, besides his tendency to be overloaded with energy he is basically Unstoppable and could Destroy Planet Krypton even though he is Under their Red Sun he could destroy the entire planet cuz unlike Superman he can convert any type of energy to empower himself; i hope he is bought back by the writers he has so much potential and if done right he could have his own solo series of comic books similar to Superman and Wolverine!
We don’t see much of his character after new 52 superman‘s death. I wish we could see this character more but probably Geoff Jones is planning to use this character in the future.
