The problem with tier 3 college is that it is very difficult to find those 8 people , even if we have 1000s of students , very few are interested in learning and that is the problem. There is no passion no enviroment, no excitement to learn some thing new in the tier-3 colleges.

    as being discussed in comments
Tier3 college has difficult to find those 8 people
Me and my 2 best friends from class 2 were together to same college just because we were pushing each other on studies and building up skills.
I can say I was lowest performing guy in the class but just because of my two friends I pushed myself and they encouraged me almost everyday and today I'm reaching to some level of heights where other classmates are struggling to currently I'm glad I chose to stick with them Both of them are my gurus and friends. I wish both of these guys on every teachers day and gurupurnima.

I thought of a very similar approach in my second year. The problem in T3 colleges is the mindset. It's impossible to get even a single person who is this consistent and serious about extracurricular learning. They will rather live in the friendzone instead of reality.
I wasted my entire sem 3 on this. Studied alone from 4, upgraded myself, got a good job in a startup and living in peace since. Have ignored those losers since graduation. All the girls from my batch got decent jobs in good companies or went for higher studies. Meanwhile, all the simps are either still unemployed or are working at small agencies (opportunities provided by the prestigious T3 college).

In 2017-18 we had a group of 4-6 guys all living under same roof but all had different area of interest.
I asked all of them to live together as we were and all agreed but we are not in same college even not graduating in same year.

Learning on your own does *require a high level of self-discipline and motivation* compared to learning in a group with a tutor. 📈
[ When you're learning on your own, you have to be your *own teacher* and *hold yourself accountable* for your learning progress. ]

Common, 50k for 2 months for whats available for free online? That too just for a web development!!??? Maan, there are just a lot of god level free courses on UA-cam. You can pick one and just do a week long marathon watching it and you are done. Then take one project and try to apply as much as learned. I dont know if these guys are going to build rocket out of that to beat Elon Musk ... Its simply wrong to believe that no UA-camr puts 100% in the free videos and hence we should hire one for direct teaching.
Only thing you need to know is debugging skill and googling skill. (For that too there are UA-cam videos!) And then there is ChatGPT which can even fix your bugs !!! Not to forget reddit and stackoverflow ...
One more point, if you wish to learn any subject in 2 months and take up next in next two months, you are ought to forget the earlier. Slower the better, longer the better.
Its not an exam to be given once and then forget, its a skill to develop. One who drives slow on road, learns / notices / remembers more about various shops on the road. The one rushes to finish line misses a lot of it.

Sir you may be a good teacher, i haven't watched your videos, i saw this as it mentioned IIT . In my IIT and longs back there was one guy , who had self learnt at least html , even from a cyber cafe and he used to be the live proof that one can self teach these things.
There nd then anyone d ve been mocked for paying this much for the rush and not learning from mistakes , which is critical for developing crucial judgement. This a sad state of affairs for the way web development works in our country ( which wasn't very different in our days too). We just call API on server and a runtime like node , instead of working with the source and caring about the logic and interpretation. This let's a lacunae of understanding seep in.
Just my 2c , no disrespect to anyone, if times are such , times are such. Like one has to be a rich kid to write a word on their resume and means it , instead of being able to write an atom of code and mean that.

    Where are another 7?
    Let's make a group.
    We can start with zoom.
Our instructor should be hitesh sir/saurabh sir.
I don't have much money but pay amounts in recurring mode.

But paying someone just to get discipline is not good. One should be disciplined and focused to learn on their own. But yes, once we pay this much, there is no way back.
