My brother has the iPhone 15 and imma say that the 12 is better that the iPhone 15, its working smoothly and the quality of the camera is so good, and everything is just perfect.

go with the 12 if the price doesn't differ far from each other, you'll have enough years along with it as ios versions will continue to support the 12 longer than the 11

How was the battery performance after the update?
