After one hour I have my speaking test.

There is no such difference; most of the time, your vocabulary is already up to the mark. All you need is to refine your grammatical accuracy. If your current level is 6.5, you can easily score a 7.5 with improvements just to your grammar. Nowadays, it is very easy to improve your grammar with ChatGPT. Just make your sentences and put them in the ChatGPT chat box, and ask it to find any mistakes in your sentences. The more you practice, the more you learn.

What if you are in full time employment but furthering your education,how do you go about answering the first question?
your content doesn't matter unless the flow is logical. You can say, at the moment I am working a full time job but thinking of studying further as I feel I am not up to my full potential yet. I believe I can achieve a lot more if I upgrade my skills with higher education.
