So instead of fighting about who sung it better, listen to the words and be there for your fellow man. :)

In 2010 in my old k-8 school this was selected as the school theme song. We used to sing it every week in every weekly pep rally/assembly but it kinda got old, especially being forced to memorize the Sign Language for it. Eventually it evolved into a last day of school tradition, we would all sing this before dismissal at the end of the year assembly. That evolved into it being performed live by different groups of 5-6 friends of mine the last 2 years I was there. The second one of those was perfectly timed for when the song was over, I saw the screen on the projector suddenly cut to “59... 58...” starting the 60-second countdown to the end of the school year. The whole crowd went crazy when the countdown started, and I liked the explosion effect at zero. I remember the sound of the “tick, tock” every second too. There’s video of it somewhere I’m sure. I’ll never forget this song, and when I do listen to it, I’ll forever associate it with that school.
