The “lost tribes” doesn’t literally mean lost, it means people stopped tracking their affiliation (from father to son) through wars and after being exiled. Once returned to the land, since the region was legally named Yehuda (Judaea), all Yisraelim (Israelites) living in Yehuda began to call themselves Yehudim (Jews) no matter what “tribe” you may have once belonged too (hence why Leviim are still Jews) but the land itself was still eretz Yisrael (the land of Irsael.

The piece you left out was "...who came up AGAINST Jerusalem...." That detail tells us two important things. 1. These are enemy nations. 2. Today's pilgrims are not the fulfillment of this pasuk.
