About a month ago I also had the pleasure to watch an authentic Calonarang performance in Ubud. I was jet lagged, woke up at 2am and went out to have a stroll when I stumbled upon a large group of people at a temple. They let me join them and I stayed for 3 hours! At one point they also brought out a dead body and cremated it. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever witnessed. Since that trip my heart belongs to Bali, the last paradise on Earth ❤❤❤
