The correct one is ዓባይ (grand) + äy (-my) = ዓባየይ (grandma), which is mostly used by many Tigrinya speakers (-> colloquial language). The proper one is as The Habby in her lesson correctly stated እኖሓጎ (ənno Haggo, grandmother).

I never understand your goal in this channel. People are dying in your country and your people and I never heard you mention anything about that. It looks like all you are doing is seeking attention. Adey means pretty/light in Somali. In Tigrinya I heard similar words but total opposite meanings 😅
