Hi! I've only recently started dancing ( about 4 months now ), and am finding it challenging to keep balanced during Rumba . Especially during Alemanas, I tend to completely lose balance. I have 2.5 inch Latin shoes, but I'm pretty sure they are not the main cause of the problem. It would be really appreciated if you could create a video on how to have better balance. Thank you!

Thanks for the comment. That is a good idea to have some videos on getting better balance in dancing. I will work on those in the future. I'd say one of the best ways to stay balanced is to have the correct posture first, and then using foot pressure on every step.

Amazing and really helpful video. But i have a question , I'm going to a dance school for 5 years and the man's hands at the under arm turn are different, maybe it's different from the one school to another school
