You can see in his face that he's heard this question before.
It's actually pretty common, my brother is thirteen years younger than me and i used to get this question all the time
Yeeeees. All. The. Time. For me, I'm used to it and it just gives me funny anecdotes. And also, I changed their diapers so they kinda are my children. 😂
I have cousins separated by 26~30 years so I get asked this question many times.
My brother is 21 years younger. I hear it anytime I’m out with him lmao.
In my case it's my neices and nephews because my older brothers are 8 years older than me and my older sister is 7. So anytime I'm alone with one of their kids in public people think I'm their mom.

4. He comforts Rosie once again when the reporter asks her to sing and he just says “another time maybe” and kisses her head🥺

I feel like there aren't enough comments about how adorable this is.
I don't get how people are so worked up about the interviewer not knowing that Taron Egerton doesn't have children. I always see THR as more about the art than the personal lives of the people working in the industry. It's not a requirement to know if an actor is married or not, or if they have children or not. It's not exactly a gossip channel. Overall, the interview is lovely.

The simple fact that Taron took his two younger sisters on with whilst he’s being interviewed yet doesn’t neglect them during the interview is just wonderful. Those kids have a lovely big brother!

Guys, relax. Taron is 30 years old, he could easily have daughters 10 years old and under, which these girls clearly are, and frankly, the interviewers could've thought he was even older than 30 so \o/ it's a harmless, sweet question

I've known 15-year-olds where I live who have had kids, so the fact that someone could mistake a 30 year old for an 7-9 year old kid is just natural to me.
It is ok to not know everything, it is ok to make mistakes, I think it is how you react and recover what meters. For me female reporter did a great recovery and she approached girls and tried to give them a chance to shine and speak up.

He only just turned 30, and yes, he is technically old enough, but it is very, very rare to have children that young. Especially as someone starting a career.

Not very obviously... he is 30 could pass for a little older and we don't know how old the girls are. I would have assumed they were his daughters too. I think it is more common for 20 year olds to have kids than it is for 30 year olds to have sisters that young. 🤷♀️
