    Just wanted to let you know that with your tutorial I made two console table and they look marvelous. I had no experience in diy. But you made it seem so it easy and it came together beautifully.

    Good job and I loved the tip to make the wood filler. I probably would have done an epoxy paint finish on it.

    Came out beautiful 😍 I just made my entry console table just like that but used live edge wood for the top. I stained mine the same color as your dining table which is the same color of my breakfast nook chairs, with a black round table. I also have the same light color in my counter stools next too my table & chairs so the colors flow nicely! Basically we have the same exact wood colors 😂 I was scared it wouldn’t match either.

    Why didn't you just use a longer piece of wood to avoid gluing?

      Pieces of wood that are too wide are more prone to warping, to avoid warping it’s best to glue thinner pieces of wood together with the end grain pattern alternating
