Delightful video ! I love how Egyptair's branding, amenities and catering are of such high standard. Just flew my first ever (and last ever) BA longhaul Economy flights and they were not even close to the Egyptair standard. Well done Egyptair !
Really the best airline ever, best pilots and that's based on online files that one of the bestpilots in the world are the egyptian pilots and the pilots graduated from egyptian acadmies,, EGYPTAIR is always and only choive for me❤

Toronto Cairo direct is usually a good experience with Egypt Air. Unfortunately it is rarely with the dreamliner 787. General rule is with 777.

nice review! I took the same flight but on a 777. Definitely not as premium as the 787
Good review. It actually felt like I was onboard the plane. Other reviews put too much graphics and music which really doesn't feel like I was on the plane with them.
Definitely like! If I am correct the lady at the gate was the same lady at check-in counter? I was surprised to see it.
This is common as it is usually a third party staffing that handles international airlines in non-hub / non-base airports, in this case, there is one flight a day with Egypt air so the same staff handling check-in will rotate to the gate area during boarding.

I had an extreme cold so the entire flight was a headache mess, but the attendees were extremely friendly, it was a nice flight, return is 28th feb 😃

Please do not choose this airport. My luggage was lost. I have been sending e-mails everywhere for 6 days. Not a single one comes back to me.
There were other people like me whose luggage was lost that day.

You should follow your bags. I had mine lost on an Alitalia in Toronto, kept asking, no response, then a nice driver delivered it to me, saying it was all alone so I had to bring it home 😂
Absolutely terrible experience flying with Egypt Air. I was flying from Cairo to Toronto and asked cabin crew for some water. Firstly, the crew showed up after almost half an hour of noticing my light and secondly, they forgot that I asked for water. At the middle of the flight when they were serving a meal, a lady besides me reminded the crew in their language that I asked for a water and finally got served with a water. Would never fly with a airline where I have to wait for almost like 3 hours just to get a water.
