AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.
This is one of my most satisfying non tainted isaac runs to date. Ok ignore everything past this point, while I'm late for this upload... I also wanna shove as many funny item names as possible in here; plus nobody will read it anyways: Early bird's eye and brimstone have such HUGE c section tech x POTENTIAL (even though it's not as good as ghost pepper), although a bit of a change of plans involving sacred heart and a missed opportunity of rerolling items with the d6 made this run a bit more dangerous than it should have been, not to mention holy light's synergy with perfection's 10+ luck which just ended up melting everything I came in contact with. With so many soy milk angel rooms and the combination of godhead and proptosis, including the ipecac (dunce cap) I was basically guaranteed to find sacred heart, crown of light, and many other OP items that made this run a free monstro's lung win featuring edmund mcmillen (who also created super meat boy)... And I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly. Wow, did you really read all of that? I'm proud of you.
Ok since nobody's gonna read this... I can say that I'm 100% changing my YT username to just "Laven" for 2 reasons:
1. I hate how people mispronounce lavencas, it's supposed to be just like "Lavender Castle" if you remove the extra letters, but a ton of people put emphasis on the VEN which sounds extremely weird to me and annoys me to no end
2. Some of you also seem to think the L is an i but WHYYYYYYY
I was thinking of rebranding to a different name entirely, but that's too much effort and a lot of people would be confused sooooo... yeah. Also fun fact the name lavencas was kind of a placeholder until I thought of something that sounded better, but my channel exploded way faster than I would've ever imagined and by that point it was too late...

I am taking a guess that Trisagion would have straight up crashed the game. I also think they are lucky that they got Brimstone to replace Trisagion early on. I am definitely sure it would caused the game to crash b.

This looks like a run I just had today! C-section babies holding brim, tech x, and mom's knife. I even had the ipacec as I had pyro too.

Had this Lilith run in greed mode where I had dunce triasgon and tech 2 or the thing that shoots out a laser also had very high fire rate so the boss timer was going by 1 second every like 10 seconds and with the help of box of friends

Never stop making such broken runs, i enjoy watching them. Also, thumbs up for finding rock bottom at the end, imagind if you found it in the beginning.

I recently started watching and I'm loving the videos! I was curious about something I noticed in other videos: when you pick up glitched crown, why do you quickly pull up the pause menu before grabbing an item?
its to help time grabbing the next item before it swaps again
which glitched crown, items cycle between 3 items quickly so he pauses right before the item he wants, unpauses the game, and then grabs it

I’ve never played this game, but when I do I’ll be a pro thanks to your vids. They’re honestly super entertaining. Watching you play the game like working a program, knowing the in’s and outs of what each upgrade does. Not to mention the synergy potential. Keep up the great work man.

Watching others play is probably the best way to get better at this game.. You learn all the tricks. However, because you start the game with like 50 items unlocked you won't be able to do a single thing you see in these videos, but the grind to get every item unlocked is the fun part.

Friends I need help -
I just bought Isaac:rebirth for the first time (on PC) and was looking forward to all the mods and extra features, however after adding all of them from the steam workshop nothing seems to be working.
I’ve re-launched the game with still nothing. All of the mods are subscribed in the workshop and I can’t seem to figure it out. Do I need all the additional add-ons? (Ex: afterbirth+ and repentance?)
Any and all advise would be appreciated, thank you ❤️

i had a run where i got early sacred heart, then i took chaos on the 3rd floor and the boss gave me crown of light, i almost passed away right there
I think maybe the headless glitch could be some result of the game trying to mix the specialist dance with the mega mush shrink animation, causing the character to just bug out.
Or maybe not, idk I'm not that smart.

once i had a run with ipecac as the lost (no mantle unlocked) with parasite and eye of the occult and every time i would move the tear,it would glitch and little ipecac pellets would shoot out and well as you can predict i lost the run :)

I don't play this game for a few years now. I understand how spindown works, but does that mean people really memorize the whole item list? That is overpowered, but borderline crazy right? Is there an indication for the next two or three items using spin down somewhere or is ot really just memory?

if you need to crash a run to reset a floor you can press the windows and r key simultaneously and then type taskkill /f /fi "imagename eq isaac*" in the box
Fun Fact: Lavencas left the cut/load screen in at 13:20. Either this was a save (which please indicate that) since this could also be thought of as using force quit to restart from a certain point in the save cause you messed something up. I assume it was the first but point of indicating that still stands.

I really want to play this game badly
I took a risk today…Was Tainted Keeper and bought Dr.Fetus(idc lol). I was gonna die but then I found Ipecac (bomb immunity to own bombs)! I was set, until I bought a blind item since I had a lot of money. It was tech .5. The occasional laser blew up on my bombs and eventually killed me. Rip
At some point, this video turned into a minecraft video. Damn, why do I never manage to collect such items? In any case, even if it turned out to assemble something like this, the PC would not stand :D
