If I had to try to squirm my way out of not paying a *charity for children* millions of dollars by trying to hoodwink the *world* on *live television* that a pledge is the same as payment … I’d spontaneously cease to exist out of shame and embarrassment.
I can’t believe how AH so confidently (and angrily) held her ground that they were the same thing and cobbled something up

@@chelseaandhobbes Apparently, in the UK trial she said she donated it. So maybe she was trapped by that lie - and chose the synonym path to avoid being caught out in front of the US jury as a liar. Well, one of the jurors was doing AMA on tik Tok, and pointed to the synonym debacle as when he decided she was a liar. Also he was so uncomfortable with her looking at the jurors when she spoke he stopped looking at her.

you are 100 spot on. i have been a juror twice, once on a similar case but it was a criminal proceeding. I kn ow what it is like in there to have to compromise especailly , and everyone take it very seriously. It is an actual honor to provide this service for your country and no one , i mean pretty much no one treats it like a joke when peoples lives are at stake. Every single piece of evidence would have been l;ooked at, throughout the trial and after the trial in deliberations. The right verdict came out and as far as Elaine getting on the media and basically saying she does not believe in her own countries due process, she should be ashamed of herself and perhaps think about retirement becuase at one point I empathized with her but after seeing her on the media now spitting out rubbish and lies compelling evidence that was thrown out . That was a total load of crap. as she knows the law and know the rules of the court litigation and if she doesnt like it she should retire. I have no sympathy for her anymore. she deserves everything she gets too

"Uncomfortableness of eye contact when you can't say anything back"
Yes. This is a thing. Eye contact affects us at a very basic animalistic level. More eye contact = dominance, authority. This is why parents, teachers, employers, bosses, lawmen play staring contests with you. This is why we are told to maintain eye contact if in close proximity with a wild predatory animal. This is why sheep dogs, police dogs, military dogs are taught to maintain eye contact with their subject. This is also why your mom said "look at me when I'm talking to you". That wasn't so she could see your eyes. That was so you would look up and see her eyes. That's why that teacher said you had an attitude when you looked him straight in the eye. Eye contact = dominance, authority.

JD said he would never let AH see his eyes again. That is why he would never look at her during the trial. She was constantly looking over at him, trying to catch his eye. Maybe we all missed a major clue there. She was probably eye balling him like she did the jury throughout their partnership / marriage.
      🙄
On the day of her verdict, she made no contact with her lawyer, Ben Rottenborn. She never greeted him, acknowledged him, hugged him, as she did to Elaine and her other legal representative. He is probably very relieved that this trial is over. Good Luck to BR when trying to get any money out of AH. Another law case coming up perhaps?

After the Casey Anthony trial, I was a little worried but one would have had to be completely blind not to see how manipulative Amber Turd is, right down to staring at the jury during testimony. Actually, if that case had been done on “lawtube”, I think the media spun bias would have prepared people for “not guilty”. I had served on a jury and watched that trial similar to how the jury was hearing things. AND right away, I said “not guilty” for murder. At no time did the prosecutor connect Casey to the body of her child. And the whole family came off as shady people. Dad looked suspicious and came off as lying on the stand… and of course, Casey never took the stand to witness her in a examination or cross.
Also, Jose, her attny, was amazing to the jury. The judge and prosecutor being over the top “acting tough”, played ok to the cameras, but a jury wouldn’t like that crap.

I don't have first hand experience with DV but I've seen many survivors also comment that no legitimate DV victim would be physically chasing after their abuser trying to prevent him from leaving an argument, and speaking so aggressively and tauntingly to him. Every comment from these survivors pointed out that when you're the victim, you're walking on eggshells, keeping your head down, etc.--because you're AFRAID of your abuser--you don't hunt them down and get in their face and refuse to let them leave. That is what abusers do, not victims. Which made a lot of sense to me.

If her goal was truly to send that money to the charities there was no legitimate reason to waste time by adding extra steps in the process.
And her saying that the trial forced her to delay those payments while she had all the money on her account for more than one full year before she published the article that caused the trial. This was awesome 👏🏻 to hear the jury member talk about it. This jury gives me faith in our justice system, which I at times have thought it unjust! This Jury was amazing, very intelligent, and did the right thing!
I have seen men get beat down by certain women! I have witnessed a woman (an ex-friend) accuse a man of date rape, and it was a total LIE. She was married, but would hang out at the bar, and totally set her sights on a certain guy. Weekend after weekend she flirted, and then finally got him to sleep with her. We were all there! When it was time to go, she refused to go home. Me and my husband tried to get to go, but she wouldn’t. She was drunk, but not to the point of oblivion. Well, after that night, he wasn’t looking for a relationship with her, and she didn’t like that, so she claimed date rape about a week later after she admitted to an affair to her husband. They both came up with this story to justify her actions I guess. Luckily, all of us witnesses that knew that to not be the case told her if she went to authorities with that story, we would come forward and tell them it’s NOT TRUE. Since then we are no longer friends, but I wasn’t about to let her ruin some guys life with her out right LIE!!!!!
It’s disgusting what some women have done to these innocent men!! Amber is still lying! Amber claimed every credible witness was a liar, now she is claiming the Jury was wrong, because she is a typical narcissistic ass hole!

Some women are disgusting just like AH - from the moment I heard she defecated in JD's bed and the account she spun I knew things would go downhill for her and they did - her credibility on all fronts remained questionable.

I saw a story some guy put out there. He looked to be mid-thirties, fit, decent looking, had a house with land, horses, truck, etc... He meets a chick on the internet. They converse over a period of time. Pretty soon, she comes over in a mini skirt, too much make-up, long hair. One thing leads to another and they have sex. She decides she doesn't want to leave. At all. He would like for her to leave. Point of contention... She stays a couple of days. He still wants her to leave but she refuses. He's beginning to really dislike her. He's in and out of the house, going about his business on the land. Finally he throws her out after several more days. She cries rape.

I know a woman who flaunted her sexuality quite a lot, and was quite open about being into BDSM. She had a sexual relationship with a man who she had a violent, BDSM sexual relationship with, and often obtained visible bruises by this ... activity.. bruises she photographed and posted to social media, and bragged about. The man then got cross with her, and ended the relationship because he felt embarrassed about the intimate details of their sexual relationship being broadcasted to an audience. She then felt very hurt by his reaction, and claimed that it was sexual abuse. The man was an asshole, he was a radical left winged communist type of man and had a lot of sexual affairs with a lot of women while ina relationship with a woman who knew nothing, while everyone else knew. But, she was a cunt too. He was an asshole, however, she was not a victim of his.
Still, I understand her perpsective also. Because I think this free love mentality, this freedom of sex without commitment isn't necessarily such a great thing. To be honest, I have too been caught in this web, as a single woman I have too often engaged sexually with men, because of some hope that he might fall in love and want a relationship. Because the man says that he needs a sexual relationship to fall in love, or that he doesn't know if he wants a relationship unless he has sex. So I have concented under false premises, so off course I end up being hurt. I have concented to have sex with men who has no obligation to me, no sence of responsibily or care about my value as a human being. Off course it has been rough on my mental and emotional health. So I understand her, but it's such a grey area. I understand how many women wants to retract their concent, but legally that's like.. How??!? I think there is too much chaos, obscurity and confusion about sexual relationships. Once you open the door towards sex, you let in all the force of nature. And nature is bunnyrabbits and rainbows and flowers and butterflies and bees, but it's also wasps, bears and siberian tigers which will sting, hurt and devour you.. so.. our culture has failed the young generation in guidance about sex, I think.
And I don't think that sex, in an evolutionary and historical sence can ever be described as being without commitment, at least not to women. Sex is wonderful and awful, sex is life, pregnancy, babies and life long commitment, and also even death and disease and grief and trauma.. I don't think our culture is very good at having an honest discussion about sex.
Now, I am much more concervative. I tell men "the intimate aspects of my being i secretive, my sexuality is of such value to me that I do not share it with anyone, without that person feeling love and obligation towards me. God loves me, a lot. And i cannot allow anyone to treat me in a way which dishonours Gods love towards me." And I think that kind of personal responsibility is what will solve a lot of the issues and power imbalances inbetween men and women.
And also, I really do not like it when people speak openly about intimate details about their sexual lives with me. I hate it. They feel incredibly rightouss about being able to flaunt their sexuality, but in doing so they completely disregard me. They don't know me or my sexual history. They don't know whether or not I have a traumatic sexual history, which makes it impossible for me to participate in such conversation. Or how I feel about my own intimate being, I feel protective of my intimate being. So, I think that it is important to protect each other from our selves, we protect each other from our sexuality. My sexuality is not something I can expect other people to want to participate in, so i protect people from myselfe in that regard. By keeping it to my selfe, and dress and act proper. I don't like it when people flaunt their sexuality towards me, it makes me anxious and sad.
