من اسمها
ال hemiplegia في ناحية
وال cranial affection في الناحية التانية
ال crossed hemiplegia ال facial بيتأثر ك lower motor عشان ال nuclei بتتضرب..
اما لو capsular ال facial بيتضرب ك upper motor
