My mouth was watering even before you cooked that brisket. That looked immense, those spits are a fantastic bit of kit. We have the smaller one and enjoyed cooking a tandoori chicken on a resent camp. Great performance buddy enjoyed that. Have a great weekend atb, Garry

cant say im usually a brisket fan i prefer rolled topside but yours looked delicious,i shall have to try cooking that way
I say Old Chap tbh it was my first time cooking Brisket like that and it really does tenderise it. Low and slow for these cuts of meat is always best, the longer it's left the better and the rub really is a game changer. So many good rubs on the market. Thanks for watching ♨️
