  • I say Old Chaps! Thanks awfully for intercepting this transmission on the wireless, terribly sporting of you!
    This comes straight from the Ministry of Beef and In this video join me in cooling 3.2Kilos of Beef Brisket over the White Cliffs of Dover using the TJM Metalworks Large Fire Spit and Fire Bowl.

    My mouth was watering even before you cooked that brisket. That looked immense, those spits are a fantastic bit of kit. We have the smaller one and enjoyed cooking a tandoori chicken on a resent camp. Great performance buddy enjoyed that. Have a great weekend atb, Garry

    My word old chap! That's almost a years rations in one beefy lump!
    That rub gave a bark that makes oak trees jealous! Splendid job, and home in time for tea and medals too!

    cant say im usually a brisket fan i prefer rolled topside but yours looked delicious,i shall have to try cooking that way

      I say Old Chap tbh it was my first time cooking Brisket like that and it really does tenderise it. Low and slow for these cuts of meat is always best, the longer it's left the better and the rub really is a game changer. So many good rubs on the market. Thanks for watching ♨️

    I say old chap , that meat looks absolutely amazing and that spit, I saw you using it at the bushcraft show and I thought I need one of them 😂so I’ve sent an order over the wireless to tjm and mines on the way 👍🏻 I look forward to trying to recreate that beef
