Hello dear, your content is very good for the kidney transplant recipient's who are very worried about their creatinine values soon after transplant. This worrisome creates more health problems. I too have seen cases where Cr value aren't in the range of 1.1 but at or near 1.5 to 1.9 fluctuations in some cases. Though Dr wants to make it 1.1 but in some cases they say let it be high if they don't find any issue in biopsy. So a kind of thing that one has to accept that this is the normal baseline creatinine for them. Keep sharing good experiences..thanks a lot

दोस्तों आप सभी को एक सलाह देनी थी जिन भाइयों का किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट हो चुका है 8 महीने या 1 साल हो चुका है वह अगर आपका डॉक्टर कहे या बाई द वे कहना भूल जाए तो 3 महीने में एक बार अपने डॉक्टर को ट्रैक लेवल के बारे में याद जरूर दिलाए कल मैं चेकअप के लिए एम्स हॉस्पिटल गया था वह मुझे एक पेशेंट मिला उस भाई को किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट को 6 साल पूरे हो चुके हैं लेकिन अब अचानक से उसका creatinine 2.15 ho गया..डॉक्टर ने उनको एडमिट और बायोप्सी की गई बायोप्सी रिपोर्ट में आया कि उनका ट्रैक लेवल कम हो गया उन्होंने तीन चार महीने से ट्रैक लेवल की जांच करवाई ही नहीं उनका क्रिएटिने ट्रांसप्लांट के शुरू से लेकर 6 साल तक 1.8 से लेकर 1.9 ही रहता था

Hello sir,my younger brother aged 54had transplant in feb22 but his cretinine keeps on fluctuating from 2.1,1.9,2.3,2.05,2.59.He went through teo biopsies also.Dr says that may be the new kidney has this much capacity.Please guide.
Ask him to drink as much water as he can.. Minimum 6 litr a day... And ask him to walk for an hour at least in a day. This will help. Gradually kidney will be adjusted in body and Creatinine will be stable at some point. After transplant, it does not matter how much the creatinine is, only matters is whethe it is stable or not. Difference of 0.5 to 0.10 points is okay.

Bhai saheb mera kidney transplant surgery 22 September 2021 ko hua tha or meri 25 September ki reports me hi urine ke sath proteen 1+ aa rha tha uske baad lagatar urine ke sath proteen 1 se 2+ or pichle kuch mahino se 3+ me jaa raha h jab ki kidney transplant surgery ke bad se hi urine ki matra bhi lagatar properly aa rha hai jab ki 5 October ki reports me creatinine bhi 1.04 aa gya tha lekin uske baad proteen ko control krne ka try kiya medicine change karke or 2 costly injection bhi lagaye but no results or uske chakkar me creatinine bhi badh gya or Abhi 1-5 july 2022 tak 5 plazma bhi kiya h
Or aaj ki report 25 September ko bhi creatinine 2.79 h or proteen bhi 3+ me jaa raha h
