  • Farming Insider goes in-depth into the process of making hay! 46 years of farming forages and this is the VERY first time our farm dove into the task of making silage bales! We had a nice patch of thick grass ready to go and only a small weather window. We took advantage of what we could and made 1700lb silage bales. Check out the oddly satisfying clips of modern hay equipment running back and forth!

    Always cool to see the machines in action with different views with the hand cam and the drone!

    This has to be one of the most PRODUCTIVE days on record for Northern Ohio. You all have turned nothings into somethings. Love seeing such a nice fleet with knowledgeable operators share their craft. Have a blessed day.

      I bought a new 2250 from them a few years back. Very knowledgable and good to deal with. Far better price too than my closest dealer.

    I'm curious how does hay ever pay for all that new iron?

    • @FarmingInsider
      @FarmingInsider  3 роки тому +2

      For us, hay pencils better than any other crop we can put into mass production. It does require lots of volume though.

    I really like the content but can never finnish a video because of the awful electronic music. It needs to be more chill. Just my opinion 🤷

      Thank you for watching and the constructive feedback! We sorta just pick royalty free music at random, we should put a little more thought into it.
