Cassava Pancakes
180ml cassava flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
180ml coconut milk
4 tablespoons sugar
1 egg

You have the BEST fabrics laying on your desk as you work, those vintage sewing machines are awesome. I'm amazed how summery it is there already...we're still barely out of winter. Just this week, starting to see things bloom and blossom. Flo's socks are so adorable. Freddie is looking marvelous...So awesome Sam owned up to eating the last cookie. RARE thing these days, lol

Oh Janet I do love these little fabric tags, the ruffles give so much delicious texture. I thought of putting them in my pockets of peace journal, perhaps with a little quote enclosed or a magazine image /sketchy drawing depicting something which gives me peace....mmmh🤔🤔 , thanks so much for the inspiration😊. I was imagining sitting in your glorious garden with you and dear Freddie, sharing a cuppa and stitching together...lovely😊🫖🪡🐾. Beautiful elephant sequins from Deborah and was that your Ben in the photo with the elephant, what a precious thing, I do hope he is home safe and sound and had a wonderful time away, and didn't forget the Tim Tams😅. I dont think there is enough space in this comment section to tell you about all the things i enjoyed so much about this video. Perhaps your goal was to show us slowstitch tags with pockets but you gave all of us so much more than that. What a calm and inspiring time with you, Freddie and the crew inside and outside your creative home I must definitely have a try at creating fabric ruffles and buttons to make those highly imaginative flowers - - - - what a super idea . Of course we need a song in this comment section---- now about those elephants ...............one little elephant balancing, step by step on a piece of string, he thought it was such an amazing stunt, he called on another little elephant. Two little elephants balancing.........oh and about Sam and the cookies.......who stole the cookie from the cookie jar...was it you Sam Nash....who me ? yes you ! I think i still have a pair of my mom's old blue Jenes sand one of my husband's denim shirts he loved so well. I do love Wizz wig too. owl are so fun. oh and i world definitely have to find a place for that black and white checker button, remands me of the flooring in our kitchen when i was a little girl in the 60's

The flower in your garden that you didn't know what it was is called Solomon Seal we had them in Wisconsin when I live there. They grew Wild

Well I am starting my morning with this lovely video Janet, before I must do something I really don’t want to this morning, feeling under the weather. The smoke from the fires to the West in BC will reach us today apparently. So I must mow before they do come.
You have the most incredible variety of stashes I have seen. I could watch you rummage for hours. I hope to always find such random stashes at the community centre.
Those little bell flowers and plant you have is called Solomon’s Seal. I have them too, but they are low on the ground getting smothered by cedars inching over them year by year. I wonder if I can propagate them so I can appreciate it more? Digging it out is not possible. I will save the seeds this year and see.
Your garden is sooo very cozy. Your tray is wonderful. I’d like to see it closer up. Its perfect for couch crafting. I use a strange laptop thing that just is not working for me.
And finally, I adore this tag pouch project. I don’t think there is anything you cannot do, and everything you make is artistic and so wonderfully textured.
Flo’s foot❤ is so cute ❤ Flo’s tag is so adorable. Freddie is very blessed to have such a wonderful mom & loving relaxing home.

The Solomons seal has a hand shaped tuber and is quite near the surface, they can be lifted up, they survive so well even when moved. ( even if it’s a part of the tuber )
