Thanks for weighing in. You are totally right. Land will always increase the value of your home especially if it’s in one of the number one suburbs of the state, inside one of the number one counties of the state as well
No neighbors that smoke weed all day... a lot of land and no HOA... plenty of room to add onto the home if need be... should be easier to zone on 6 acers for the increase... Perfect and priced right for me... Given I despise dealing with A hole people this is possibly the one... LOL
Nice modern house. The appearance is spoiled by a monstrous gas stove in the kitchen and a completely ugly fireplace. The price is prohibitive. And what do you need 6 acres for? To graze bison? 😉
