Artists dont PLAY their music, they LIVE it, with every fibre of their body and soul. You feel the (soul) state of the artist, that makes the difference. * electrosound or "the juxtaposition of noises" or however it's called - GOOD or BAD do not exist. The only criterion is "authentic"
Techno feels and sounds so natural, like it doesn't try hard to amaze you, it just does so easily. Dancing to Techno, it fits like a glove. I can listen to this kick back in a world of my own, and I can enter a trip which truly makes me feel high, even when I'm not. So powerful and enigmatic.
I am so glad I was introduced to Boris a few months ago! Love his melodic and hypnotic sets. I have been a fan of techno and trance since I was lucky enough to attend a full -moon and then NYE parties in Anjuna, Goa fuelled by acid, back in 1991. Been enjoying electronic music since Walter Carlos and switched on Bach, Alan Parsons Etc. Then kraftwerk bliw my mind in 1980. Since then I’ve enjoyed a lot of good electronic music, but Boris is the most tricky subtle sneaky desceptively reserved brilliant synth manipulator I’ve heard in a while. I am amazed at his attention to rhythmic detail creating so much movement with so few elements thru rhythmic suggestion. Transfixed
