Hey Sekaar, I would love to see you try a fun combo for Stam Sorc's Crit Surge that I used before I took a break. The secret is.. now that proc sets can crit, you can use them to proc Crit Surge. Objective is to use sets that apply AOE DOTS, with low cooldowns and/or frequent ticks of damage. The missed opportunity of your build in the video is that you need to be directly on top of enemies to receive Crit Surge heals since it's only proccing consistently from Hurricane in outnumbered situations. If you have at least 1 AOE DOT proc set, you receive heals when you're on top of people, but alos when you're on the run. Hurricane was recently nerfed to hit every 2s instead of every 1s, so it's become very unreliable. My favourites: Mercilous Charge, Plaugebreaker, Syvarra's Scales, Pestilent Host, Sheer Venom, Unleashed Terror, and Vicecanon of Venom. When making a build like this, Mercilous Charge is basically the bare minimum because it ticks once a second AND applies from absolutely anyone touching the Stampede AOE you leave on the ground which happens to last 15s. It will refresh once a second any time someone touches Stampedes AOE making it impossible to purge.. best part is you can backbar it for only 2 slots. I've tried different combo's of 1-3 DOT sets. My favourite is to pair Mercilous back bar with Order's Wrath body, monster 1 piece, Sithis or Markyn and any 5 piece front bar set. This gives the consistant DOT ticks for healing in and out of combat, but also allows a ton of space and versatility for sets you would normally use. With DOT setups, it can also be advantagous to add Dragon's Appetite (which can proc from Mercilous) and/or Draugrkin's Grip.
So I did a DW version of this. I used bloody strikes (for healing while applying pressure) haunting curse, crystal weapons, Hunter (crit and seeing NB) and streak. I put streak on this bar to give me frost clench on my back bar. This gives me a ranged root to start with and then I wait for the dodge roll out and then streak through them. I find this setup maximizes putting an opponent on defense and Gives you the CC to lock them down for a kill. Crystal weapon into heavy attack followed by bloody strikes is a lot of pressure especially with so much anti-range warden's and DKs not expecting the burst.
I was skeptical about the Atronach on your last Stamsorc build but holy WOW! I love it in tight spaces and choke points (shoot even in open terrain). Concussion is such a nice affect and it's so unassuming to the enemy most ignore it till its too late.
Feel like going for the 3x bonus on Markyn isn't worth losing Order's Wrath on the body and what comes with that. Losing 7.3% Crit Chance and 8% Crit Healing for back bar and a Monster Set/Ability Altering set for only 100 dmg + 4k Armor. Also lose a 1 piece slot that could be used for Trainees 1.5k health. To test that theory as I'm typing this: Swap Markyn to Gaze of Sithis. Order's Wrath body. 1x monster shoulder or 1x trainee. Backbar Rallying Cry. 2x remaining front bar for Ability Altering set. This gives roughly the same Armor, but more 3.2k health and 1k HP regen. A little less damage from the 300 on Markyn, but not much. eg. 1x shoulder for 129 DMG and 2x Perfected Ability Altering Weapons for 100 DMG is 229 DMG in value. So all in all, VERY similar stats, but now you have Order's Wrath active 24/7 for better heals on back bar and you get a new set effect via the 2x weapons. You lose block mitigation, but honestly, you don't need it on Stam Sorc. You can still block for stuns like Meteor. Unfortunately in the current set composition, Markyn's 3x bonus just doesn't cut it and it's best used for the 2x bonus until they make 3x sets more viable or versatile slot wise, unfortunate they're typically only weapons/jewelry.
@@Sekaar you could front bar potato,or agility and use wrath on body to be active on both bar, better heal and crit heal. But at that point is more like trading 4 quarter for one buck
Let me educate real quick lol,the way armor sets are built are built on 2 things the play style and the classes passives and abilities that go with it,for example you can’t slap on stuns set instead of orders wrath because the point of this build is high crit and speed and stunes set is kinda meant for duelist sets and their arnt many sorcerer abilities or passives that help support it. I’m not trying to act like I know everything btw it’s just that every build has intended purpose :)
@@elijahbrackens2591 what that even mean??? Let me educate you real quick, sekaar said he couldnt use potato cause its a jewlery/weapon set, i just gave an exemple to make it work, the build is still the same work as the same, but potato/agility/willpower,etc are more stat dense that 3 piece of a 5piece set. And stuhn isnt for duelist lol, its a super great X'ing set, in outnumbered situation its has 100% uptime, maybe you dont get how it work but the pen isnt against off balanced target, YOU gain pen, so you can proc it and just use the pen on anyone
Bro read the text carefully lol I’m just saying don’t change a build if theirs nothing wrong with it,stuff comes to worse you’ll just end up messing it up and I’m just saying as well just because something is meta dosent mean try slapping on everything else stats in eso are kinda tricky to put things together considering their are like 800 armor sets in the game I never said your suggestion was a bad idea I’m just saying that adept rider was their for tanking dps output lol
Quick question, what is the reason for stacking weapon damage on this set up? Id assume spell damage would be better for crit sorc because of the exploitation passive.

Wait so what do you use front bar? Sorry little confused.
I'd straight up just go orders body with a monster set, I feel the extra armor from markyn and adept is just not that worth
You could use Vat 2H front bar, nice bit of damage and a free proc.
@@kamuriyoko8635 yup doing exactly that and it works really well. Averaging 18-0 games so far and one 38-0. Shit smacks
How did u get that penetretion up to 8k i have only 4k same build but dont have the markyn ring yet.
Any update changes on this build?
What about stuhns favor instead off orders wrath ?
I can answer that. You need the high crit. You are taking full advantage of crit surge and you really wanna be around 40% for it to go off very often
Swap adept rider for potatoes set. 3 piece cost reduction on ultimate and player damage reduction.
Potentates is jewelry and weapons only so wouldn’t work for this build

Damage scales from highest independent stat, which means it would be weapon dmg and spell crit (it doesn´t need to be spell damage and spell crit)
How do you not look like a vampire?
I usually run sword singers new moon
can u bg gameplay with this build play plz
nice video! new sub :)
