That bread must’ve made all the difference. I’m no pro eater but I made myself a similar size sandwich, ate it all but I only used 5-6 slices of thick cut bread, not a full loaf haha

Spot on mate you fast forward so we know you have definitely eaten no clever editing like (BMF) on his home challenges where he’ll take a bite then it cuts out to him taking another bite but will never show swallowing. Same as (ETE) you will never see him swallow always cuts out this was clearly explained by Nathan .
