Cool bro appreciate it I’ll be waiting for that lol your videos really are the most helpful when it comes to all this thanks keep up the great work love your builds
That’s how I have my 64 set up with a shorter horn. I just noticed that my Monte Carlo has a locked rear diff were as my 64 has an open rear. Is yours the same
Nice, glad to hear it's working for you too. Yes open on 64 but locked on the Monte they did this so 64 can steer and Monte can drive wheels up without going in circles or dead stop if dog legging. 64 all weight on the rear the Monte kinda rear light
I might have to do the change up on the hopping servo I did change up my esc but it’s running 3s right now and my hopping servo is kinda moving on it’s own and when I slowly move the switch the back servos tend to cut out alittle any tips on how to fix it I reset everything on the car and my remote just haven’t tested a 2s yet though

When you flipped the front servo did you have to reprogram the servo to a different angle or can I just flip the servo over and take the servo horn off push down the switch on my controller so that it is completely at rest and get on my receiver controller and reverse the motion and then put the horn back on as my endpoint correct?
You need to readjust the "end point" for the servo. Basically telling the servo where to stop in both directions. If you kept same horn on servo it's still good idea albeit the adjustment will be small it's imports to have them just right
@@NorthSideCustomRC I do have a shorter servo horned I'm going to put on there just like the video and I also have shorter rods coming in also. Just wanted to make sure I didn't have to grab a programmer card to reprogram the servo. Thank you for your information really appreciate you
@@devindickson5632 this one all in the controller end points but keep in mind the Factory gold Reefs is set at 80% power, you have that 20% left on the table
@@devindickson5632 in all honest the 20% is not gonna be crazy, the servo really come to life with a Bec and voltage upped to 8.4v but it's still noticeable and for 20$ worth it. The powerhobby 209 tho come at 40% yah really need to up that to wake them up
Thanks this video helped me alot
good video where do you get the pushrod
Do you mind showing your end point settings plz? I accidentally resetted mind and my servo that makes it hop gets over heated
The link for the pushrod is dead… do you have another link? Amazon maybe?
So when you flipped it and replaced the servo horn did u re adjust end points? Is there a video on the prices if you installing ?
Yes the end points need to be re-adjusted . I have a vid on end point but finna do updated video that's more easy to follow

I ordered a duel servo mount and servo and I’m going to run the same shorter horn that should be some crazy power

Cool I thought it had to be for a reason for the locked diff and I knew the master of rc lowriders would know.
@@Jasonkartracing Eh Bro thanks for the support, Im just learning as I go and sharing what Im learning
@@NorthSideCustomRC is it worth upgrading to the dual servo on the 64?

have to look at the servo, its not supposed to move at all, might be loose in chassis, causing odd behavior, make sure its fixed in the car well
@@NorthSideCustomRC everything on my car is tighten down even the servo horns I have a power boost but I don’t think it will help that much
Question for the push rod I click the link and it no longer shows . Is there any where else or a different link to that direct part brother
