at 18:50 you say Canny cannot run without a grayscale image input. But it works absolutely fine when using the original color image?
is this because greyscale was a requirement in older versions of cv?

The only drawback using Google colab for opencv is, we cannot access the webcam without a bunch of javascript code snippet

Can anybody give me any advice or opinion about how do we make recognizer with many people within it with optimum accuracy and minimum run time?
I've tried using LBPH algorithm which generates a kind of model to be used in recognizing; I didn't think it gave an optimum accuracy. I've also used PCA algorithm, and I thought I had failed due to the lack of number of images of each person. And I have tried dlib along with face_recognition libraries (the one that does not generate a model file), and it took so much time for recognizing.
