How to Ruch a Simple Tee with Angela Wolf

- Learn how to add ruching to a simple top. I am using the Angela Wolf Ruched-T Pattern and this technique can be used on any knit top. Just remember that is will get shorter when you ruch!

Angela you are my favorite on these sewing tutorials as you don't waste time with extraneous babble but get right down to business of teaching. You could teach more than a few people on youtube how to make videos that grab the viewers attention asap! Love that sleeve it looks fabulous

Being short, I use this ruched look on my tops. Thanks for the twill tape idea!

no, with elastic you can stretch the elastic to fit into the seam - that works great too - just be sure to use a thin elastic so you don't add bulk into the seam
Hi Angela, is the twill tape the same as tailor's stay tape or woven straight cut stay tape?
Loved this video! Can you please show how you finished this on the serger...I'm still learning the serger...I have one but terrified to push a button :-) sadly
