  • Riding all the escalators in Toronto of 2023. It has been a while since I was here because of the Covid-19 pandemic we had to deal with, being forced to stay home a lot, avoiding travel as much as possible (unless if it was absolutely necessary). Self isolating was strongly recommended back then, my last trip to Toronto was back in 2019 which was almost 4 years ago from here, & I missed riding all my favourite escalators here. The CF Toronto Eaton Centre has the most escalators in Toronto, & it also connects the PATH underground at Queen, which would be The Bay/Saks Fifth Avenue & passing Pusateri’s there is a escalator that takes you underground.
It has been a long time no see seeing all these escalators working well. Unfortunately what I heard on BlogTO is that Nordstrom is going out of business, so I wanted to get another video of the escalator before it shuts down, because if you film an escalator at the first time, but you’re not 100% satisfied, then I can create a better one making sure no people are in the way as much as possible (I know it can be tricky in a big city especially during rush hour).
Uniqlo is one of my favourite stores in Ontario because if you skip to 02:29 you’ll see that the escalator has red handrails instead of black, pretty cool, eh?
Note some escalators you might’ve seen past years like 2016, some this year may have retakes because when I was filming back with an Apple iPhone 5s in 2016, you can almost guarantee that the camera isn’t the best, well that’s because it’s an old iPhone. But here I’m filming with an iPhone 11, & the camera is much better than you think.
