I totally agree that spending time first thing in the morning isn't a ritual BUT A NECESSITY. when I find myself leaving a day or two without spending time with the Lord during early hours I can see and feel the difference throughout the day. I came to the realization that I need that time with the Lord even if I wake up late for work still I need it.
